On July 20, 2020, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by the Association of Indian Man-made Fibers Industry [Association of Masdfssdfsn-Masdfssdfsde Fiber Industry of Indiasdfssdfs (AMFII)], Launch a countervailing investigation into viscose filament yarns of more than 60 denier originating in or imported from China. This case involves products under Indian customs codes 540120, 540331, 540332, 540341 and 54012000, 54033100, 54033200, 54034220, 54034120, 54034130, 54034150, 54034170, 54034190, 54034 290 and some products under 54034990. The subsidy investigation period in this case is from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 (12 months), and the damage investigation period is from 2016 to 2017, 2017 to 2018, 2018 to 2019 and the dumping investigation period.
