India is likely to unveil a plan to establish a massive textile park aimed at positioning the country as a fully integrated, globally competitive manufacturing and export hub.
The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Textiles are discussing the plan, which provides more incentives to investors and developers in the park. An official said: We have forwarded the plan to the finance ministry and if adopted, the plan will benefit the Indian textile industry.
