D412\u6807\u51c6\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u8be5\u6750\u6599\u5728-40\u00b0C\u81f3+150\u00b0C\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u8272\uff0c\u4e14\u4e0d\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u8001\u5316\u73b0\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>2.2 \u5b89\u5168\u6027<\/h5>\n<p>\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u662f\u6c7d\u8f66\u5185\u9970\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u4e0d\u53ef\u5ffd\u89c6\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u3002PTFE\u4e09\u5c42\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u5177\u6709\u963b\u71c3\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u6b27\u76dfECE R118\u6cd5\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u8868\u9762\u5149\u6ed1\u4e0d\u6613\u79ef\u5c18\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u7ec6\u83cc\u6ecb\u751f\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u63d0\u5347\u8f66\u5185\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528PTFE\u6750\u6599\u53ef\u4ee5\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u8f66\u5185\u6325\u53d1\u6027\u6709\u673a\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOC\uff09\u6d53\u5ea6\uff08\u53c2\u8003\u6587\u732e\uff1a[1]\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>2.3 \u8212\u9002\u6027\u4e0e\u7f8e\u89c2\u6027<\/h5>\n<p>\u73b0\u4ee3\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5bf9\u6c7d\u8f66\u5185\u9970\u7684\u7f8e\u89c2\u6027\u548c\u8212\u9002\u6027\u6709\u8f83\u9ad8\u8981\u6c42\u3002PTFE\u4e09\u5c42\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u67d4\u8f6f\u4e14\u5bcc\u6709\u5f39\u6027\uff0c\u89e6\u611f\u8212\u9002\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5177\u5907\u591a\u79cd\u989c\u8272\u548c\u7eb9\u7406\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u53ef\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e0d\u540c\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u8868\u9762\u5904\u7406\u5de5\u827a\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u54d1\u5149\u3001\u4eae\u5149\u7b49\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u89c6\u89c9\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>3. \u5e94\u7528\u4f18\u52bf<\/h4>\n<h5>3.1 \u8010\u78e8\u4e0e\u6613\u6e05\u6d01<\/h5>\n<p>PTFE\u6750\u6599\u672c\u8eab\u5177\u6709\u6781\u4f4e\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u7cfb\u6570\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u5b83\u975e\u5e38\u8010\u78e8\u4e14\u6613\u4e8e\u6e05\u6d01\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u957f\u671f\u4f7f\u7528\u540e\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u7b80\u5355\u64e6\u62ed\u5373\u53ef\u6062\u590d\u5982\u65b0\u3002\u6839\u636e\u5fb7\u56fdDIN 53754\u6807\u51c6\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0cPTFE\u4e09\u5c42\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u7684\u8010\u78e8\u6b21\u6570\u53ef\u8fbe10\u4e07\u6b21\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fdc\u8d85\u4f20\u7edf\u76ae\u9769\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5408\u6210\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>3.2 \u9632\u6c34\u9632\u6c61<\/h5>\n<p>PTFE\u8584\u819c\u5c42\u8d4b\u4e88\u4e86\u6750\u6599\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u9632\u6c61\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u996e\u6599\u6e85\u6d12\u8fd8\u662f\u6cb9\u6e0d\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u90fd\u80fd\u8f7b\u677e\u5e94\u5bf9\u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5728\u6a21\u62df\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u573a\u666f\u4e0b\uff0cPTFE\u4e09\u5c42\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u7b49\u7ea7\u8fbe\u5230IPX7\uff0c\u5373\u6d78\u6ce1\u5728\u6c34\u4e2d1\u7c73\u6df1\u590430\u5206\u949f\u4ecd\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u5185\u90e8\u5e72\u71e5\uff08\u53c2\u8003\u6587\u732e\uff1a[2]\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>3.3 \u73af\u4fdd\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027<\/h5>\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u73af\u4fdd\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\u589e\u5f3a\uff0c\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u5f00\u59cb\u5173\u6ce8\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\u3002PTFE\u4e09\u5c42\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u91c7\u7528\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u6750\u6599\u5236\u6210\uff0c\u751f\u4ea7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5e9f\u6599\u8f83\u5c11\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u7eff\u8272\u5236\u9020\u7406\u5ff5\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u4f4eVOC\u6392\u653e\u4e5f\u7b26\u5408\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>4. \u56fd\u9645\u5e94\u7528\u6848\u4f8b\u53ca\u7814\u7a76\u8fdb\u5c55<\/h4>\n<h5>4.1 \u6b27\u6d32\u5e02\u573a\u5e94\u7528<\/h5>\n<p>\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u591a\u5bb6\u77e5\u540d\u6c7d\u8f66\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u91c7\u7528PTFE\u4e09\u5c42\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5185\u9970\u6750\u6599\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5b9d\u9a6c\u516c\u53f8\u65d7\u4e0b\u7684\u591a\u6b3e\u8f66\u578b\u5747\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b0\u578b\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u8f66\u8f86\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u54c1\u8d28\uff0c\u8fd8\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u5e02\u573a\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u3002\u636e\u82f1\u56fd\u300a\u6c7d\u8f66\u5de5\u7a0b\u300b\u6742\u5fd7\u62a5\u9053\uff0cPTFE\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u4f7f\u5b9d\u9a6c\u6c7d\u8f66\u7684\u5185\u9970\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\u5ef6\u957f\u4e8630%\uff08\u53c2\u8003\u6587\u732e\uff1a[3]\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>4.2 \u7f8e\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u5e94\u7528<\/h5>\n<p>\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u798f\u7279\u6c7d\u8f66\u4e5f\u5728\u79ef\u6781\u63a8\u5e7fPTFE\u4e09\u5c42\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u798f\u7279F\u7cfb\u5217\u76ae\u5361\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u8be5\u6750\u6599\u5236\u4f5c\u5ea7\u6905\u548c\u95e8\u677f\uff0c\u7528\u6237\u53cd\u9988\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u4e0d\u4ec5\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u9a7e\u9a76\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u8fd8\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u7ef4\u62a4\u6210\u672c\u3002\u6839\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c7d\u8f66\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u5b66\u4f1a\uff08SAE\uff09\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u62a5\u544a\uff0cPTFE\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u4e3a\u798f\u7279\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u663e\u8457\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6548\u76ca\uff08\u53c2\u8003\u6587\u732e\uff1a[4]\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>5.
