Types of heald frames<BR> (1) According to the type of loom: heald frames for air-jet looms; heald frames for water-jet looms; heald frames for rapier looms; heald frames for projectile looms heald frame. <BR> (2) According to the fixing form of the heald frame and heald rods, it can be divided into: heald frames in which the heald rods are directly fixed on the beam (referred to as conjoined heald frames); heald frames in which the heald rods are fixed on the beams with brackets. (referred to as split heald frame). <BR> 2. Technical requirements for heald frames <BR> (1) The flatness of the heald frame is \u22641mm. <BR> (2) The verticality of the heald frame (the gap between the side rails and the standard square) \u2264 1mm. <BR> (3) The drive hook of the heald frame should be firmly fixed on the beam or side rail to ensure that the drive hook does not loosen or fall off. <BR> (4) The connection of the heald frame must be firm to ensure that the heald frame does not fall apart after being loaded with various tensions during high-speed movement and can operate normally. <BR> (5) The beams of the heald frame must be straight and strong, with a tensile strength \u03c3b \u2265 240MPa. The cross-sectional size of the beam is selected based on the loom, fabric and other parameters to ensure that it has sufficient strength. Commonly used cross-sections include conjoined beams and split beams.
