<\/span>\u2460 The pressing roller cloth is not wrapped flatly, the pressing roller cloth is damaged, and the blanket is wrinkled, causing regular aurora.
\u2461 Yarn or other debris is wrapped in the pressure roller cloth, and the friction with the cloth surface produces aurora.
\u2462 During shaping and finishing, the width of the air outlet is close to the median width, resulting in aurora prints on the edge of the fabric.
\u2463 During drying and finishing, the pressing cloth is too heavy, and the friction with the fabric produces irregular warp aurora.<\/p>\n


\u2476 Prevention method:<\/span><\/p>\n


<\/span> \u2460 When finishing the carpet, you must wait until the carpet runs smoothly before driving.
\u2461 When drying and finishing, press the fabric straight as the standard.
\u2462When setting and finishing, the door width at the exit should be 1~1.5cm larger than the median door width, which is more necessary for the shaping of filament fabrics.
\u2463 Check whether the pressure roller cloth is flat before driving. The damaged pressure roller cloth should be replaced in time.
\u2464 Check whether there are small hardened impurities in the pressure roller cloth before driving. If there are any, they should be removed in time.<\/p>\n
