\u2460The yarn material absorbs color better. Yellowish white yarn and raised (dark) horizontal phenomena are not accepted, and defects such as dead cotton\/lint\/yarn shells on the fabric body are not accepted. <\/div>\n
\u2461Red and blue dots; flying flowers; nylon grass; knots; thick spots, etc. should not exceed 15 times per knot. The length of the defect must not exceed 0.5cm. Removable defects must be removed. Exceeding this limit: For each defect that cannot be dealt with, one yard of full fabric volume will be deducted, and the corresponding yard weight will be deducted. <\/p>\n
Broken needles and broken yarn cannot exceed 2 yards\/piece; <\/div>\n
\u2462 The number of bursts of gray fabric should not exceed 2 pieces per piece; <\/div>\n

\u2465 Grinding brush cloth: It is not acceptable to have obvious bristle marks, broken yarn, uneven velvetness at the edges, etc. The velvetiness must be sufficient to distinguish. <\/div>\n
\u2466 Do not use soft oil when dyeing printing cloth (or use soft oil specified for printing). The dyeing of the cloth base for discharge printing must use the specified pigment for discharge printing. <\/div>\n
\u2467 Missing printing (sand bottom) must be repaired before delivery. If the fabric body has yin and yang colors and the color difference is large, the corresponding yarn number must be indicated on the delivery note and a mark should be placed on the fabric so that the garment can be cut or positioned according to the corresponding mark. <\/div>\n
Defect inspection rating method: It can be based on the American AATCC international standard or the ten-point system.Four-point test method. <\/div>\n

1. Practical cloth sealing <\/div>\n
“Practical cloth sealing” refers to the removal of pulp edges, needle roar, and rotten edges The effective width that can actually be cut after waiting. The error of the open edge shaping type is considered to be qualified within (-1\u201d~ +1.5\u201d); (the stretch plain fabric type shall be subject to the test of being left for 12 hours), and the inner sealing of the same cloth is not allowed to have errors, otherwise the corresponding ratio will be required Free cloth replacement (except for special cloths such as wick cloth and pit cloth). <\/div>\n
2. Unit weight (Gm\/m2): <\/div>\n

3. Cloth texture: \u2460 Double-sided weave, printed, striped, plaid and other surface fabrics with a weft bias of \u22643% are considered qualified (except double-sided weave with stitches). \u2461Single-sided tissue fabric, solid color fabric, and lining fabric with weft bias \u2264 4% are considered qualified. When the twist conflicts with the slope, try to reduce the slope as much as possible while ensuring the twist. \u2462Spacing error: the total spacing error of any 5 cycles is qualified within 3%, and the total spacing error of any 5 cycles between the same cloth is qualified within 2%. \u2463 Regardless of straight or twill grain, the grain must be straight, and wavy grain, seven-character grain, etc. are not acceptable. Blistering on the fabric surface after styling is not acceptable. <\/div>\n
4. Cloth surface and feel: The dyeing cloth surface effect, hand feeling effect, etc. shall be based on the sample confirmed by both parties. If there are no special requirements for hand feel, the fabric body must be soft and smooth! <\/div>\n

1. Shrinkage rate: subject to the national first-class product qualification standards. <\/div>\n
\u2460Shrinkage is tested by hanging to dry. <\/div>\n
\u2461 The straight shrinkage of ordinary fabrics is within (-5%-\u00b11.5%), and the horizontal shrinkage is within ((-5.5%-\u00b11.5%)). <\/div>\n
\u2462Fabric The twist after washing must be within \u00b14% <\/div>\n
2. Color fastness: subject to the national first-class product qualification standard. \/div><\/p>\n
