Waterproof performance test standards&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n Textile waterproof performance testing is also called water resistance testing, which is mainly divided into water penetration resistance (hydrostatic pressure) testing, surface water repellency (spray) testing and rain testing. The commonly used testing methods at home and abroad are shown in Table 1 below: &lt;\/  p<\/p>\n<p>\n Table 1 Main testing standards at home and abroad&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n The national standards in the above table and the technical methods of the Japanese JIS method system are basically equivalent to ISO. The main difference between the AATCC method and ISO is that AATCC&#8217;s hydrostatic pressure test only requires at least 3 samples, while  The rating of the spray test uses a scoring system and can be rated at an intermediate level; while the rain test uses a different rain meter and only measures the quality changes of the absorbent paper  \ufffd&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2. Waterproof performance test method&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.1 Hydrostatic pressure (ISO 811-1981)&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.1.1 Application scope and principle&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n Hydrostatic pressure testing is suitable for measuring the pressure when water penetrates tight fabrics (such as canvas, oilcloth, tent cloth, rainproof clothing cloth, etc.). Theoretically, the hydrostatic pressure (P) of textiles can be obtained using the following formula:&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n In the formula: &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \u03b3L\u2014\u2014surface energy of water;&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \u03b8\u2014\u2014Contact angle between the inner wall of the micropore and water;&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n r\u2014\u2014Micropore radius;&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000g \u2014\u2014\u91cd\u529b\u52a0\u901f\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u7531\u516c\u5f0f\u53ef\u89c1\uff0c\u5f5390\u00b0&lt;\u03b8&lt;180\u00b0\u65f6\uff0c\u03b8\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u7ec7\u7269\u8868\u9762\u80fd\u8d8a\u4f4e\uff0c\u5fae\u5b54\u7684\u534a\u5f84(r)\u8d8a\u5c0f\uff0c\u9759\u6c34\u538b(P)\u8d8a\u9ad8\u3002\u800c\u9759\u6c34\u538b\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\u5728\u6837\u54c1\u548c\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6db2\u4f53\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e0e\u6c34\u6e29\u3001\u6d4b\u8bd5\u9762\u79ef\u548c\u6c34\u538b\u4e0a\u5347\u901f\u7387\u6709\u5173\u3002\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u7ec7\u7269\u7684\u9759\u6c34\u538b\u6027\u80fd\u4e2d\u5927\u7ea6\u670952%\u662f\u7531\u7ec7\u7269\u8868\u9762\u5b54\u5f84\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u670944%\u662f\u7531\u7ec7\u7269\u8868\u9762\u80fd\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u67094%\u662f\u7531\u5176\u4ed6\u56e0\u7d20\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\u3002\u6545\u9632\u6c34\u7ea7\u522b\u8981\u6c42\u9ad8\u7684\u7ec7\u7269\u5728\u7ec7\u7269\u7684\u8868\u9762\u5fc5\u987b\u6709\u5fae\u5c0f\u800c\u5747\u5300\u7684\u5b54\u548c\u975e\u5e38\u4f4e\u7684\u8868\u9762\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.1.2 Test instruments&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u8010\u9759\u6c34\u538b\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4eea\uff0c\u5982\u56fe1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n Figure 1 Hydrostatic pressure resistance tester&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.1.3 Test procedures and results&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n Take 5 representative samples from different parts of the fabric. Under normal circumstances, the water pressure rise rate is 0.59kPa\/min, and the water temperature is 20\u00b0C. After conditioning the sample under standard atmospheric conditions according to regulations, the fabric test surface is in contact with water.  , apply increasing water pressure to the sample, and continuously observe the phenomenon of water seepage. Record the hydrostatic pressure value at the third point of water seepage on the fabric, and repeat the test to take the average value.  \ufffd\u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\u7684\u8ba1\u91cf\u5355\u4f4d\u7528kPa\u548cPa\u8868\u793a\ufffd  \ufffd\u7ed3\u679c\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u6297\u9759\u6c34\u538b\u6027\u80fd\u8d8a\u597d\ufffd  \ufffd&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.2 Spray test (ISO 4920-1981)&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.2.1 Application scope and principle&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u55b7\u6dcb\u68c0\u6d4b\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6d4b\u5b9a\u5404\u79cd\u5df2\u7ecf\u6216\u672a\u7ecf\u62d2\u6c34\u6574\u7406\u7ec7\u7269\u8868\u9762\u6297\u6e7f\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u8be5\u6027\u80fd\u8868\u793a\u6db2\u4f53\u5728\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u8868\u9762\u7684\u6da6\u6e7f\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4e0e\u68c0\u6d4b\u6db2\u4f53\u548c\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u8868\u9762\u7684\u8868\u9762\u80fd\u548c\u56fa\u6db2\u63a5\u89e6\u89d2\u03b8\u6709\u5173\u3002\u6839\u636eYoung\u65b9\u7a0b\u5f0f\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\n &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n In the formula: &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \u03b8\u2014\u2014Contact angle at the solid-liquid-gas three-phase boundary;&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \u03b3sv\u2014\u2014surface energy of solid and gas interface;&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \u03b3sl\u2014\u2014surface energy of solid-liquid interface;&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u03b3lv\u2014\u2014\u6db2\u4f53\u4e0e\u6c14\u4f53\u754c\u9762\u7684\u8868\u9762\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u7531\u516c\u5f0f\u53ef\u89c1\uff0c\u03b3sv\u4e00\u5b9a\u65f6\uff0c\u03b3lv\u8d8a\u5c0f\uff0c\u03b8\u8d8a\u5c0f\uff0c\u6db2\u4f53\u8d8a\u5bb9\u6613\u6da6\u6e7f\u56fa\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u56e0\u800c\u5728\u8bd5\u6837\u3001\u6db2\u4f53\u79cd\u7c7b\u548c\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u55b7\u6dcb\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\u4e0e\u68c0\u6d4b\u6db2\u4f53\u6d41\u901f\u3001\u6837\u54c1\u5728\u4eea\u5668\u4e0a\u5982\u4f55\u6446\u653e\u7b49\u6709\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.2.2 Test instruments&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u55b7\u6dcb\u5f0f\u62d2\u6c34\u6027\u80fd\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4eea\uff0c\u5982\u56fe2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n Figure 2 Spray water repellent performance tester&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.2.3 Test steps and results&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u5728\u7ec7\u7269\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u90e8\u4f4d\u81f3\u5c11\u53d63\u5757\u5177\u6709\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u7684\u8bd5\u6837\ufffd  \ufffd\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6c34\u6e29\u4e3a20\u2103\uff0c\u6309\u89c4\u5b9a\u5728\u6807\u51c6\u5927\u6c14\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u8c03\u6e7f\u8bd5\u6837\u540e\uff0c\u7ec7\u7269\u8bd5\u9a8c\u9762\u4e0e\u6c34\u63a5\u89e6\u63a5\u53d7\u55b7\u6dcb\uff0c\u8bd5\u6837\u7ecf\u5411\u4e0e\u6c34\u6d41\u65b9\u5411\u5e73\u884c\ufffd  Pour 250ml of water into the funnel quickly and evenly. As soon as the water stops pouring, quickly make the holder and the fabric test surface face down and almost level. Tap it twice gently. Evaluate the observed sample according to the standard text description or picture.  The level of wetting degree is from level 5 to level 1, with level 5 being good and level 1 being poor. Intermediate levels are not rated. The rating is carried out by at least 2 inspectors with experience in spray rating.  \ufffd\u91cd\u590d\u6d4b\u8bd5\u83b7\u5f973\u4e2a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u62a5\u544a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6d4b\u8bd5\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c\ufffd  \ufffd&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.3. Rain test (ISO 9685-1991)&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.3.1 Application scope and principle&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n The rain test is suitable for determining the waterproof performance of fabrics subjected to showers during exercise, including surface wetting and the ability of textiles to absorb moisture. Based on the principle of water repellency, there is also the principle of textile wetting. Young-Laplace&#8217;s can be used  Equation explanation:&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n In the formula: &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \u03b3\u2014\u2014Surface tension of the test liquid;&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n r\u2014\u2014radius of test hole;&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u03b8\u2014\u2014\u6da6\u6e7f\u6db2\u4f53\u5bf9\u5b54\u58c1\u7684\u63a5\u89e6\u89d2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u7531\u4e0a\u5f0f\u53ef\u89c1\uff0c\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u6da6\u6e7f\u5438\u6c34\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\u5728\u6837\u54c1\u4e0e\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6db2\u4f53\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e0e\u6c34\u6e29\u3001\u6d4b\u8bd5\u9762\u79ef\u548c\u6c34\u538b\u6709\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.3.2 Test instruments&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\ufffd\ufffd Bondis door rain resistance tester, as shown in Figure 3.  <\/p>\n<p>\n &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n Figure 3 Bondis door rain resistance tester&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 2.3.3 Test steps and results&lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n \t\u3000\u3000\u5728\u7ec7\u7269\u4e0a\u81f3\u5c11\u53d64\u5757\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u8bd5\u6837\uff0c\u6309\u89c4\u5b9a\u5728\u6807\u51c6\u5927\u6c14\u4e0b\u8c03\u6e7f\u6837\u54c1\u3002\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6216\u6821\u9a8c\u524d\uff0c\u5148\u6821\u6b63\u6d41\u91cf \uff0c\u79fb\u4e0a\u6321\u96e8\u677f\uff0c\u79f0\u91cf\u8c03\u6e7f\u540e\u8bd5\u6837\u7684\u8d28\u91cf(m1)\u3002\u8bd5\u6837\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u9762\u5e73\u6574\u65e0\u5f20\u529b\u5730\u653e\u4e8e\u6837\u676f\u4e0a\uff0c\u7528\u5939\u6837\u73af\u5939\u4f4f\uff0c\u62c9\u5f00\u6321\u96e8\u677f\uff0c\u4f7f\u8bd5\u6837\u53d7\u6dcb10min\u3002\u7528\u53c2\u6bd4\u6837\u7167\u76ee\u6d4b\u8bc4\u5b9a\u8bd5\u6837\u7684\u62d2\u6c34\u6027(\u7c7b\u4f3c\u55b7\u6dcb\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u8bc4\u7ea7)\uff0c\u8bd5\u6837\u79bb\u5fc3\u8131\u6c3415s\uff0c\u7acb\u5373\u79f0\u51fa\u5176\u8d28\u91cf(m2)\u3002\u8ba1\u7b97\u5438\u6c34\u7387(W)\uff0c\u4ee5\u8d28\u91cf\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u516c\u5f0f\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\n &lt;\/p<\/p>\n<p>\n 3.
