This design adopts a two-layer material structure, polyester on the front and polypropylene on the skin layer. It utilizes the different moisture regain rates of polyester and polypropylene materials and moisture absorption and quick-drying finishing to make the fabric achieve one-way moisture conduction, quick drying, and good warmth retention. . \n 1. Successfully applied fine-denier polypropylene material to one-way moisture-conducting and thermal functional underwear<\/p>\n
\n Choosing fine-denier polypropylene and polyester to interweave, taking advantage of the extremely low moisture regain and lightness of polypropylene, it is designed into a 3D honeycomb structure. The fabric exhibits one-way moisture conduction and extremely fast drying in seconds. <\/p>\n
\n 2. Form a double-layer knitted structure with one-way moisture conduction function <\/p>\n
\n A set of polypropylene yarns and a set of plain surface yarns are looped sequentially along the weft direction of the fabric and cyclically and alternately strung together to form a double-layer weaving structure. The front is a plain surface, and there are multiple protrusions distributed on the back. The protrusions form concave sweat-absorbing grooves, and sweat can be guided out along the grooves. <\/p>\n
\n 3. Moisture-absorbing and quick-drying function<\/p>\n
