Such products must be labeled as &#8220;flameresistant&#8221;, &#8220;flameretardant&#8221; and\/or similar words, and must be labeled as California Furniture  Fire resistance regulations passed.  <\/p>\n<p>This regulation applies to:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Upholstered furniture includes cushions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Pillows larger than 26 inches<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Mattress<\/p>\n<p>UKFurniture&amp;Furnishings(Fire)(Safety)Regulations)<\/p>\n<p>UK furniture fire safety regulations require that all upholstered furniture, furniture and other upholstered products imported into the UK must meet fire protection requirements. Such products include:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Indoor and other residential (including caravan) and other private use furniture, such as sofas, beds, children&#8217;s furniture, cushions,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7High chair, mattress (any size) and pillows, but not bedding or rugs (including rugs, mats\/cushions).  <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Outdoor furniture for private use (such as garden\/yard and other outdoor furniture), but it is also suitable for indoor and other living (including caravans).  <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7Any component used in the above types of products.  <\/p>\n<p>Workwear-USCPSC16CFRPART1610<\/p>\n<p>Fire resistance standard for clothing fabrics\u201416CFR1610, applicable to adult and children\u2019s workwear.  By providing an American National Standard for fire resistance testing and rating of work clothing and fabrics, the goal is to prevent the use of any hazardous flammable fabrics and reduce the risk of damage and life-threatening injuries.  <\/p>\n<p>FMVSS302<\/p>\n<p>U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for Fire Resistance of Interior Materials.  It is suitable for any component such as seat cushions, backrests, curtains, etc. of various automobiles such as cars, utility vehicles, trucks and buses.  <\/p>\n<p>Children&#8217;s pajamas-16CFRPart1615\/1616<\/p>\n<p>On September 16, 1996, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a revised version of the fire resistance standard for children&#8217;s pajamas (16CFR Part 1615\/1616).  This regulation imposes strict requirements on infant and children&#8217;s pajamas.
