\n American Association of Textile Chemists and Printers (AATCC). AATCC is an unofficial organization that identifies and analyzes the color fastness, physical properties and biological properties of textiles. It plays an important role in formulating international testing methods for the textile industry. At present, most of the tests on color fastness and physical properties in ISO standards are related to AATCC. Since the 1920s, the AATCC has acted on behalf of ANSI as a joint secretariat with the British BSI for the administration of ISO TC 38\/SC1 Test Methods on Dyed Textiles and Dyes, and as Secretary of ISOTC 38\/SC2 \u2013 Test Methods for Cleaning, Finishing and Waterproofing at. <\/p>\n
