Types and technical requirements of heald rods<\/h1>\n

1. Classification of heddle rods
(1) Classification according to the cross-sectional shape of the heddle rods: O-shaped; J-shaped; C-shaped (see Figure 6-1).

(2) Classification according to the purpose of the heddle threading rod:
\u2460 Heddle threading rod for closed O-shaped heddle ear healds.
\u2461J-shaped heddle ear piece is used to wear the heddle rod.
\u2462C-shaped heald lug steel sheet heald wear-through rod.
2. Specifications and technical requirements of the heald penetration rod
(1) Specifications and technical requirements of the O-shaped heald penetration rod
(1) According to the usage of the heald penetration rod. O-shaped heald rods can be divided into two types: A-shaped and B-shaped.
\u2460A-shaped: The form and specifications of A-shaped heald rod are shown in Figure 6-2 and Table 6-1. <\/P>

\u2461B shape: The wedge-shaped end is connected to the drawing-in rod of the Uster automatic drawing-in machine. The form and specifications of B-shaped heald rods are shown in Figure 6-3 and Table 6-2.

(2) The O-shaped heald rod should be cold-rolled from stainless steel (2Cr13, 3Cr13) or manganese steel (60Mn, 65Mn) and other materials, and made by heat
treatment.
(3) The technical requirements of O-shaped heald penetration rods are:
\u2460 The tensile strength of the heald penetration rod \u03c3b =1300~1500N\/mm2.
\u2461 The area around the heald rod is completely smooth and has no burrs.
\u2462The surface of the heald rod is flat and clean, with smooth surroundings and no burrs.
\u2463The heddling rod needs to be straightened.
(2) Specifications and technical requirements of J-shaped heald penetration rod
(1) The specifications of J-shaped heald penetration rod are: 16mm\u00d72.1mm, and its main dimensions are shown in Figure 6-4.
(2) J-shaped heald rods should be cold-rolled from stainless steel (2Cr13, 3Cr13) or manganese steel (60Mn, 65Mn) and other materials, and made after heat treatment.
(3) The technical requirements for J-shaped heald penetration rods are:
\u2460 The tensile strength of the heald penetration rod \u03c3b<\/SUB>=1290~1400N\/mm2<\/SUP> .
\u2461The surface of the heald rod is flat and clean, with smooth surroundings and no burrs.
\u2462The heald rod needs to be straightened.
(3) Specifications and technical requirements of C-shaped heald penetration rod
(1) The specifications of C-shaped heald penetration rod are: 22mm\u00d71.7mm, and its main dimensions are shown in Figure 6-5.

(2) The C-shaped heald rod should be cold-rolled with 2Cr13 or 3Cr13 and other materials and made after heat treatment.
(3) The technical requirements for C-shaped heald penetration rods are:

\u2461The surface of the heald rod is flat and clean, with smooth surroundings and no burrs.
