Control system electric control box<\/h1>\n
The electric control box is the heart of the water-jet loom control system. All parameters of the loom are sent to the electric control box, which analyzes and processes the signals to ensure the normal operation of the loom.
Various protection circuits are installed in the electric control box, such as short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, etc. of the control circuit. The control circuit of the electric control box usually consists of a power supply circuit, a logic processing circuit, a weft detection circuit, a brake control circuit, etc. Some manufacturers’ electronic control boxes also include electronic weft storage systems and electronic warp let-off systems.
The following types of water-jet loom electric control boxes are currently produced in China:
LW541 electric control panel; LW52 electric control panel; W-2200 electric control panel (produced in North Vietnam, Japan). Many electronic control panels are similar to those in North Vietnam; PLC controls the electronic control panel. The circuit diagram of the PLC control electronic control board is shown in Figure 3-43, and the circuit diagram of the W-2200 electronic control board is shown in Figure 3-44.
