(1) Setting of weft insertion time
(1) Setting of weft insertion time, the spray start time is set when the reed swings backwards and the reed surface (front) just passes the center of the nozzle, so that it sprays water. Due to the different reed strokes of the machine configuration, the setting of the injection start time is different, for example: single spray (75 strokes) is 85\u00b0, double spray (95 strokes) is 90\u00b0. <\/p>\n
(2) The end of flight should be set before the reed swings forward to the center line of the nozzle.
(3) The injection start time is set by adjusting the water pump cam position.
(4) The start time of weft wire flight during weft insertion and the end time of weft wire flight at the end of weft insertion can be set by adjusting the positions of cams A and B of the yarn presser.
(5) In order to ensure smooth weft insertion, it is necessary to straighten the short yarn extending from the tip of the nozzle, and a leading angle needs to be set. Therefore, the time to open the yarn press is delayed from the injection start time, and this angle is the leading angle. Depending on the weft yarn, it is usually set to: 10\u00b0 for nylon and polyester, 5\u00b0 to 10\u00b0 for strongly twisted yarn, and 15\u00b0 to 20\u00b0 for polyester finishing yarn.
