Sanding finishing is a finishing method that uses mechanical methods to produce a suede surface on fabrics. The pile is fine, dense, short and even, making the fabric thicker and softer, smoother and more comfortable.
1. Equipment structure and working conditions

According to the number of grinding rollers, it can be divided into single-roller type and multi-roller type. The multi-roller type is commonly used. The multi-roller type generally has 8 to 12 sanding rollers, and its distribution can be divided into station type and horizontal type, as shown in Figure 9-25. <\/P>

\u300021 Working conditions
The sand leather coated on the surface of the sanding roller is densely packed with sand abrasive grains, which have sharp corners and blade shapes of different sizes. During sanding, the sanding grains are in close contact with the fabric. When the sanding roller runs at high speed, each abrasive grain acts as a cutting tool, pulling out and cutting the fibers in the yarn. Suede is produced when the surface of a fabric is rubbed repeatedly.

The main process parameters are the vehicle speed 5\uff5e30m\/min, the rotation speed of the sanding roller 1200r\/min, the number of reciprocations 82 times\/min, the sanding roller should be able to relax both horizontally and vertically at the same time. The sanding roller has a diameter of 164mm and has 12 active rollers; the cloth pressing roller has a diameter of 75mm and has 11 passive rollers. The rolling car has an active roller with a diameter of 240mm and a passive roller with a diameter of 190mm.
