Because conventional continuous pad dyeing machines and hot-melt coloring equipment have long process flows and require a lot of cloth threading, they are not suitable for the small batch and multi-variety production development direction of modern printing and dyeing enterprises. This machine is suitable for small batches of 1000m, and the color change time from light to dark only takes 30 minutes. The process speed is 30m\/min, and the design speed is 10~40m\/min. Suitable for pad dyeing of disperse dyes, vat dyes, reactive dyes, soluble vat dyes and insoluble azo dyes.
