1. dralon\u00ae X<\/h3>\n

dralon\u00ae (DeRong) X is a polyacrylonitrile fiber (PAN fiber ). It is produced by dry spinning. The production process is divided into 4 steps:
<\/h3>\n<\/hgroup>\n
1) Polymerization<\/section>\n
Acrylonitrile (ACN) is polymerized with other monomers (such as dye additive monomers) to form polyacrylonitrile (PAN) ). <\/section>\n
2) Dissolve<\/section>\n
After washing and drying, the white PAN powder is dissolved in dimethylformamide (DMF) by stirring and heating, and then filtered. <\/section>\n
3) Spinning<\/section>\n
The solution is squeezed out from the nozzle to form nascent fibers. The solvent (DMF*) is removed from solution by hot gases during spinning (dry spinning)
Separated, it can be reused after distillation recovery. <\/section>\n
4) Post-processing<\/section>\n
In the post-processing process, the virgin fiber obtains its characteristic properties, such as strength and elongation, through washing, stretching, curling, drying, oiling and other processes Rate, fineness, bulk and feel, etc.
