Disperse dyes are used for polyester, while reactive dyes are generally used for cotton. Secondary dyeing is required to make cotton or interwoven fabrics. Achieve the effect of even coloring

Single dyeing means dyeing only one fiber in the fabric. Let’s take T/C65/35 fabric as an example. Because the composition and structure of the two fibers are different, the dyes and dyeing methods used are different. Therefore, if you only use one dyeing method to dye this cloth, one fiber will appear. The fiber is colored but the other fiber is not colored, so the fabric has a uniformly distributed gray effect (Figure 1). This method is used to create different cloth styles.

Fig. 一

However, single-dyed fabrics are prone to problems. Why? (As shown in Figure 2).

Figure 2

In fact, in the spinning process, there is a process called drawing. The function of drawing is to improve the internal structure of the sliver, thereby improving the uniformity of its long segments, while reducing the weight unevenness, making the fibers in the sliver straight and parallel, reducing hooks, making the fineness comply with regulations, and making different types or different High-quality raw materials are mixed evenly to achieve the specified mixing ratio. And if the raw materials are mixed unevenly, a situation like Figure 2 will occur.

Therefore, single-dyed blended yarn fabrics have higher and stricter yarn requirements. The ordinary yarn drawing process involves two drawings (referred to as two-drawing). Single-dyed yarns must be drawn three times. The more times of merging and merging, the more evenly the raw materials will be mixed and the better the effect will be after single dyeing.

Please contact me for advertising

Disclaimer: This website respects the intellectual property rights of all parties and protects the legitimate rights and interests of original authors; at the same time, it remains neutral with respect to statements, opinions, photos, etc. in articles that are reproduced, shared, etc.; the content of this website It is only for communication and learning; if you find that the content and materials of this website involve copyright or authorization issues, please do not report it, please contact us to delete it!

Please contact me for advertising

Disclaimer Statement: This website respects the intellectual property rights of all parties and protects the legitimate rights and interests of original authors; at the same time, it remains neutral with respect to statements, opinions, photos, etc. in articles that are reproduced, shared, etc.; the content of this website is only for communication and learning; if you find any articles on this website The content and materials involve copyright and authorization issues.
