On February 21, 2020, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan issued Announcement No. 46\/2016\/NTC\/PFY\/NR\/2020 stating that in response to the Chinese manufacturer\/exporter Suzhou Rusheng Suzhou Rusheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. submitted an application on January 27, 2020 to initiate an anti-dumping review and investigation of new exporters of polyester filament yarn (Polyester FilasdfssdfsmentYasdfssdfsrn) imported from China and Malaysia. The products involved include polyester textured yarn (tax number: 5402.3300), fully drawn yarn (tax number: 5402.4700), multi-strand yarn (tax number: 5402.6200), excluding colored polyester filament yarn. The investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. During the investigation, the company involved should pay a 22.35% cash deposit at cost plus freight price (C&asdfssdfsmp;F). The investigative agency is expected to make a final review decision within 6-12 months after the announcement of the filing of the case. <\/p>\n
