{"id":4399,"date":"2024-04-03T16:41:53","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T08:41:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.textile-fabric.com\/archives\/4399"},"modified":"2024-04-03T16:41:53","modified_gmt":"2024-04-03T08:41:53","slug":"nigerias-goods-worth-billions-of-naira-stranded-due-to-border-closure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.textile-fabric.com\/?p=4399","title":{"rendered":"Nigeria\u2019s goods worth billions of naira stranded due to border closure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to the &#8220;Daily Letter&#8221; report on December 17, the Association of Nigeria Chartered Customs Agents (ANLCA) stated that ANLCA has received a commitment from the Nigerian government to consider reopening the border.  <\/p>\n<p>The association said that since Nigeria closed its borders on August 18, 2019, more than 130 billion naira (equivalent to US$340 million) in goods have been stranded.
