The anti-dumping sunset review made an affirmative final ruling and decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above three countries for a period of 5 years. China&#8217;s anti-dumping duties are US$0.25-0.30\/kg, India&#8217;s US$0.15\/kg-0.17 US$\/kg, and Malaysia&#8217;s.  USD 0.15\/kg-USD 0.17\/kg, please see the table below for the tax amount.  The Turkish tax number of the product involved is 5402.47.  The announcement shall be effective from the date of issuance.  <\/p>\n<p>Turkey\u2019s anti-dumping sunset review of Chinese polyester synthetic filament yarn final tax schedule:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.textile-fabric.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/v51ifvkhulf.png\" width=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>April 26, 2013, Turkey  An anti-dumping investigation has been launched against polyester synthetic filament yarn originating in China, India and Malaysia.  On October 16, 2014, T\u00fcrkiye made a final anti-dumping ruling on the case.  On July 12, 2017, the Turkish Ministry of Economy issued Announcement No. 2017\/17, making a mid-term anti-dumping review and final ruling on the products involved in the three countries mentioned above, and raising the anti-dumping duties on the products involved in China to US$0.25\/kg and US$0.30\/kg.
