On February 2, 2021, Health Canada announced a recall of baby pants made in China. <\/p>\n
The recalled product is GasdfssdfsgouTasdfssdfsgou baby girl tights. The product comes with buttons and is available in pink, gray, and black. The sizes are 3-6M, 9-12M, 2T, and 3T. The model numbers are GTQ07162LBC, GT06161LBC, GTQ06162LBN, and GTQ07162LNB. <\/p>\n
The buttons of the product may fall off, posing a risk of suffocation to the baby. <\/p>\n
The products recalled were sold in Canada in August and September 2020, with approximately 1,479 units sold. <\/p>\n
On January 29, 2021, it was reported that a 9-month-old baby’s pants button came off, but there was no report of suffocation. <\/p>\n
Health Canada recommends that you stop using this product immediately and return it for a refund. <\/p>\n
