On April 2, 2021, the Committee on Dumping, Subsidies and Non-tariff Trade Barriers of the National Institute for Competition and Intellectual Property Protection of Peru issued Article 057 in the official daily newspaper “ElPeruasdfssdfsno” -Announcement No. 2021\/CDB-INDECOPI decided to terminate the anti-dumping duties on polyester short fibers originating in India established in Announcement No. 038-2022\/CFD-INDECOPI from April 3, 2021. The products involved are polyester staple fibers mixed mainly or only with viscose rayon staple fibers. <\/p>\n
On April 1, 2022, the Committee on Dumping, Subsidies and Non-tariff Trade Barriers of the National Institute for Competition and Intellectual Property Protection of Peru published No. 038-2022\/CFD in the official gazette -INDECOPI Announcement made a final anti-dumping ruling on polyester short fibers originating in India and formally levied anti-dumping duties on the products involved for a period of 5 years. On September 30, 2017, the Dumping, Subsidy and Non-tariff Trade Barriers Committee of the Peruvian National Institute for Competition and Intellectual Property Protection issued Announcement No. 202-2017\/CDB-INDECOPI in the official gazette, making the first anti-dumping sunset review of the Indian products involved. The final ruling was to maintain the anti-dumping duties on the products involved, effective from April 2, 2016, for a period of 5 years. The Peruvian tax number of the products involved is 5515.22.00.00. <\/p>\n
