On May 26, 2021, the U.S. Consumer Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s down jackets. <\/p>\n
The recalled product is Arizona’sJeasdfssdfsnCo. “LilasdfssdfscSmoke” girls’ down jacket. Clothing sizes are 4-16 (XXS-XL). The product batch number 302-0113, date code 08\/20, and registration number 93677 are printed on the service label. <\/p>\n
The drawstring of this product may become entangled or stuck on playground equipment, fences, vehicles or other objects, posing a suffocation hazard to children. <\/p>\n
The recalled products were sold on various websites in the United States from December 2020 to April 2021. About 3,700 pieces were sold, priced at about US$94. <\/p>\n
So far, no accidents or casualties have been reported. <\/p>\n
The U.S. Consumer Safety Commission (CPSC) recommends that consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact JCPenney to return it for a refund. <\/p>\n
