On July 29, 2021, the U.S. Consumer Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s pajama sets. <\/p>\n
The recalled products are SHEIN\u2019s two children\u2019s pajama sets. Products are made from 97% polyester and 3% spandex and are available in sizes 120, 130, 140, 150 and 160. The first is a two-piece pajama set with a short-sleeved top and multi-colored plaid calico trousers. The second style is a two-piece long-sleeved top and trousers featuring a cartoon dinosaur print. Both come with matching eye masks. The SKUs (Sknight10190731477 and Sknight10192229405) are printed on the tag. <\/p>\n
The product does not meet federal flammability standards for children’s pajamas and may cause burns to children. <\/p>\n
The recalled products were sold in the United States from August 2019 to January 2021, priced at approximately US$8, and approximately 2,320 units were sold. <\/p>\n
So far, there are no reports of accidents or casualties. <\/p>\n
The U.S. Consumer Safety Commission (CPSC) recommends that consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact SHEIN for a refund. <\/p>\n
