On October 13, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution No. 2302\/QD-BCT, which regulates polyester filament yarn imported from China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia. A final affirmative anti-dumping ruling was made, ruling to formally impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries. Among them, the tax rate for the products involved in China is 3.36-17.45% (see attached table for details), India is 54.90%, Indonesia is 21.94%, and Malaysia is 21.45 %. This case involves products under Vietnamese tax numbers 5402.33.00, 5402.46.00, and 5402.47.00. The measures will take effect on the 3rd day of the announcement. <\/p>\n

On April 6, 2020, Vietnam launched an anti-dumping investigation into polyester filament yarn imported from China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia. On September 1, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution No. 2080\/QD-BCT, making a positive preliminary anti-dumping ruling on the case. The preliminary ruling was to impose provisional anti-dumping duties on the products involved, among which the tax rate for the products involved in China is 3.36- 17.45%, India is 54.90%, Indonesia is 21.94%, and Malaysia is 21.23%. <\/p>\n
