Polyester fully drawn yarn (Polyester Filasdfssdfsment Fully Drasdfssdfswn Yasdfssdfsrn, FDY) made a final anti-dumping ruling, recommending that the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of South Korea impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved for a period of 5 years. Among them, ZHEJIANG HENGYI PETROCHEMICALS CO., LTD .) and its affiliated enterprises are 3.95%, XINFENGMING GROUP HUZHOU ZHONGSHI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. and its affiliated enterprises are 5.79%, ZHEJIANG TIANSHENG CHEMICAL FIBER CO., LTD.) and its affiliated enterprises are 6.22%, Jiangsu GUOWANG HIGH-TECHNIQUE FIBER CO., LTD.) and its affiliated enterprises are 10.91%, Jiangsu Hengli Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. ( JIANGSU HENGLI CHEMICAL FIBRE CO., LTD.) and its affiliated companies are 5.00%, and other manufacturers\/exporters are 7.75%. This case involves products under Korean tax number 5402.47.9000. <\/p>\n
On January 27, 2021, the Korea Trade Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation into fully drawn polyester yarn originating in China. On June 17, 2021, South Korea made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on China’s fully drawn polyester yarn. It initially ruled that the products involved were dumped and that the dumping had caused substantial damage to South Korea’s domestic industry. However, it was recommended not to impose temporary anti-dumping duties on the products involved. <\/p>\n
