Bangladesh&#8217;s textile and garment industry imports large amounts of cotton as raw material.  At present, Bangladesh&#8217;s yarn and fabric exports are also increasing rapidly.  <\/p>\n<p>From July to December this year, Bangladesh exported yarn and fabrics worth US$80.48 million, an increase of 38.73% over the same period last year.  In the 2020\/21 fiscal year, Bangladesh exported $154.29 million in yarn and fabrics, an increase of 15.52% over the previous year.
