In the first half of this year, Vietnam&#8217;s total imports of textile, garment, leather and footwear raw materials reached US$14.71 billion, an increase of 8.7% compared with the same period last year.  <\/p>\n<p>Among them, the import value of various fabrics reached 7.95 billion US dollars, an increase of 9%; the import value of textile, garment and footwear raw materials reached 3.52 billion US dollars, an increase of 5.5%;  The import value of seed cotton reached US$1.83 billion, an increase of 15.5%; the import value of various fibers reached US$1.41 billion, an increase of 6.4%.  <\/p>\n<p>China is Vietnam\u2019s largest source of imports of the above-mentioned products, accounting for 53% of Vietnam\u2019s total imports of such products (equivalent to US$7.76 billion, an increase of 22.7% over the same period last year)  .  <\/p>\n<p>Vietnam\u2019s main import sources of textile, garment, leather and footwear raw materials are China, South Korea, Taiwan, the United States, and the ASEAN market.
