However, due to the Holi festival to be celebrated in several states on March 7-8, transactions are restricted.  Traders expect that the market will reassess demand and cotton yarn supply after the holidays.  Trading was muted amid subdued buying and a festive atmosphere.  <\/p>\n<p>Although cotton yarn prices increased slightly in Ludhiana, transactions were restricted due to the festive atmosphere.  A trader in Ludhiana said: &#8220;Spinning mills are actively selling the cotton yarn they produce, which has further pushed up the price. The price of cotton yarn has increased by 2 rupees per kilogram.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> In Ludhiana, 30 count combed yarn is sold at Rs 285-295 per kg (including GST).  The price of 20-count and 25-count combed yarn is 275-285 and 280-290 rupees per kilogram.  According to TexPro, 30-count carded yarn has stabilized at Rs 264-274 per kg.  <\/p>\n<p>In Delhi, festive atmosphere affected trade activities, with prices remaining stable due to limited buying from consumer and export markets.  A trader in Delhi said: &#8220;Cotton yarn trading activities are limited, and buyers are not eager to trade. They will only be interested in purchasing after the festival.&#8221; In Delhi, the price of 30-count combed yarn is 285-290 rupees per kilogram (excluding  Excise tax), 40-count combed yarn is 315-320 rupees per kilogram, 30-count roving yarn is 266-270 rupees per kilogram, and 40-count roving is 295-300 rupees per kilogram.  <\/p>\n<p>PasdfssdfsnipasdfssdfstRecycled yarn remains unchanged due to holiday temperatures and slower purchasing.  A trade source said that cotton yarn trade is still fluctuating within a range due to poor procurement by spinning mills.  The price of 10-count recycled PC yarn (gray) is 88-92 rupees per kilogram (excluding consumption tax), the price of 10-count recycled PC yarn (black) is 60-65 rupees per kilogram, and the price of 20-count recycled PC yarn (gray) is 105-220 rupees per kilogram.  , 30 count recycled PC yarn (grey) 150-155 rupees per kilogram.  The price of combed yarn is 155-160 rupees per kg and the recycled polyester fiber is 74-77 rupees per kg.  <\/p>\n<p>Cotton prices in northern India hovered near last week&#8217;s levels, with demand from spinning mills remaining stable.  However, arrivals are also balanced to meet demand.  Traders said the market will find direction after Holi.
