Therefore, it was decided to impose a CIF price on the products involved in the above 24 countries.  (CIF) anti-dumping duties, the details are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>(1) The above-mentioned 24 countries are involved in cases where the unit weight is greater than 110 grams\/square meter and less than or equal to 110 grams\/square meter  The products are CIF42.44% and CIF21.13% respectively; the Turkish tax number of the products involved is 54.07.  <\/p>\n<p>(2) The companies involved in the following countries are not taxed: 6 companies in Italy: Erica Industria Tessile SPA, Tessitura Uboldi Luigi SRL, Stamperia Di Martinengo SRL, Stamperia Di Cassina  Rizzardi SPA, Fasac SPA, Fibre E Tessuti Speciali (FTS) SPA, and 10 Spanish companies: Beniplast-Benitex SA, Castilla Textil 2 SL, Criado Y Lopez SL, Exit Fabrics SL, Etisilk SA, Marina Textil SL, Plast Textil SL,  Textil Puig Ubach SA, Textil A Ortiz SAU, Textil Santanderina SA, and the three German companies Dimension-Polyant Gmbh, Freudenberg Performance Materials Apparel SE &amp; Co. KG, Propex Furnishing Solutions GmbH &amp; Co. KG, and the Czech company Toray Textiles Central Europe SRO.  <\/p>\n<p>On November 1, 2000, Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation into Chinese synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics.  On February 13, 2002, Turkey decided to impose an anti-dumping duty of 70.44% on the Chinese products involved (see Announcement No. 2002\/2).  <\/p>\n<p>On June 8, 2006, Turkey began to examine whether China&#8217;s synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics were exported to Turkey via the Philippines to avoid anti-dumping duties.  On November 18, 2006, Turkey decided to impose an anti-dumping duty of 70.44% on the products involved in the Philippines (see Announcement 2006\/30).  <\/p>\n<p>On August 11, 2014, Turkey began to examine whether China\u2019s synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics were exported to Turkey via Bulgaria to circumvent anti-dumping measures.  On August 22, 2015, Turkey decided to impose anti-dumping duties of CIF 70.44% and CIF 21.13% respectively on Bulgarian products with unit weights greater than 110 grams\/square meter and less than or equal to 110 grams\/square meter.  (See Announcement No. 2015\/41).  <\/p>\n<p>On September 7, 2018, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2018\/33 to review whether China\u2019s synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics are exported to Greece via Greece.  Turkey circumvents existing anti-dumping measures.  On May 7, 2019, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2019\/15, deciding to levy CIF70.44% and CIF21.13% respectively on the Greek products involved in the unit weight greater than 110 grams\/square meter and less than or equal to 110 grams\/square meter.  anti-dumping duties.  <\/p>\n<p>On January 4, 2020, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2019\/38 to review whether China\u2019s synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics are exported to Malaysia through Malaysia.  Turkey to avoid higher anti-dumping duties.  On December 31, 2020, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2021\/2, deciding to impose separate sanctions on the products involved in Malaysia (except Recron Sdn Bhd and Innotech Textile Sdn Bhd) with unit weights greater than 110 grams\/square meter and less than or equal to 110 grams\/square meter.  Anti-dumping duties of CIF70.44% and CIF21.13% are levied.  <\/p>\n<p>On June 26, 2020, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2020\/14 to review whether China\u2019s synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics pass through Spain and Italy  and German exports to Turkey to avoid anti-dumping duties.  On August 26, 2021, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2021\/41, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries. Synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics with a unit weight greater than 110 grams\/square meter are 0 to 42.44%  , 0 to 21.13% for synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics with a unit weight of less than or equal to 110 grams\/square meter.  <\/p>\n<p>On January 24, 2023, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2023\/2 to review whether China\u2019s synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics pass through North Macedonia and  Bosnia and Herzegovina exports to Turkey to avoid anti-dumping duties.  On June 1, 2023, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2023\/20, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on the landed price (CIF) of the products involved in North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The details are as follows: the unit weight imported from North Macedonia is less than or equal to  The synthetic fiber filament yarn woven fabrics with a unit weight of less than or equal to 110 g\/square meter and greater than 110 g\/square meter imported from Bosnia and Herzegovina are 21.13% and 42.44% respectively.  Silk yarn woven fabrics are 0-21.13% and 0-42.44% respectively.  <\/p>\n<p>On January 24, 2023, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2023\/3, in response to the application of Turkish companies, on synthetic fiber filament yarn originating in China.
