Flash\uff09\u7684\u81f4\u547d\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u636e\u56fd\u5bb6\u80fd\u6e90\u5c40\u300a\u7535\u529b\u5b89\u5168\u5de5\u4f5c\u89c4\u7a0b\uff08\u53d8\u7535\u90e8\u5206\uff09\u300b\uff08DL 408\u20142023\u4fee\u8ba2\u7248\uff09\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c2020\u20142023\u5e74\u5168\u56fd\u7535\u7f51\u7cfb\u7edf\u56e0\u7535\u5f27\u4e8b\u6545\u81f4\u6b7b\/\u81f4\u6b8b\u6848\u4f8b\u4e2d\uff0c\u7ea667%\u53d1\u751f\u4e8e10\u2013220 kV\u655e\u5f00\u5f0f\u53d8\u7535\u7ad9\u4f8b\u884c\u68c0\u4fee\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u8d85\u534a\u6570\u4e0e\u4e2a\u4f53\u9632\u62a4\u88c5\u5907\uff08PPE\uff09\u70ed\u9632\u62a4\u6027\u80fd\u4e0d\u5339\u914d\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u5173\u3002\u7535\u5f27\u80fd\u91cf\u77ac\u65f6\u53ef\u8fbe20,000\u2103\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fdc\u8d85\u94dc\u7194\u70b9\uff081085\u2103\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u6beb\u79d2\u7ea7\u91ca\u653e\u6570\u767e\u5343\u7126\u70ed\u91cf\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u76ae\u80a4\u5168\u5c42\u70e7\u4f24\u3001\u8863\u7269\u7194\u878d\u7c98\u8fde\u53ca\u7ee7\u53d1\u6027\u5438\u5165\u6027\u635f\u4f24\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u7535\u5f27\u70ed\u9632\u62a4\u6027\u80fd\u503c\uff08Arc Thermal Performance Value, ATPV\uff09\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u8861\u91cf\u963b\u71c3\u9762\u6599\u9632\u62a4\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u91cf\u5316\u6307\u6807\uff0c\u5176\u79d1\u5b66\u5339\u914d\u5df2\u4ece\u201c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u9009\u914d\u201d\u8fdb\u5165\u201c\u5de5\u51b5-\u80fd\u91cf-\u5c42\u7ea7-\u9a8c\u8bc1\u201d\u56db\u7ef4\u7cbe\u51c6\u9002\u914d\u9636\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8c\u3001ATPV\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u3001\u6d4b\u8bd5\u539f\u7406\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u56fd\u5185\u6807\u51c6\u4f53\u7cfb<br \/>\nATPV\u6307\u5728\u7535\u5f27\u66b4\u9732\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\uff0c\u9762\u6599\u80cc\u9762\u6e29\u5ea6\u5347\u9ad825\u2103\uff08\u5373\u9020\u6210\u4e8c\u5ea6\u70e7\u4f24\u9608\u503c\uff09\u65f6\u6240\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u5165\u5c04\u7535\u5f27\u80fd\u91cf\uff08\u5355\u4f4d\uff1acal\/cm\u00b2\uff09\u3002\u8be5\u503c\u901a\u8fc7ASTM F1959\/F1959M\u20142022\u300aStandard Test Method for Determining the Arc Rating of Materials for Clothing\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5782\u76f4\u7535\u6781\u6cd5\u6d4b\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f7f\u752812.5 mm\u95f4\u9699\u3001400 V\u4ea4\u6d41\u7535\u6e90\u30018 kA\u77ed\u8def\u7535\u6d41\u6a21\u62df\u5178\u578b\u5f00\u5173\u67dc\u6545\u969c\u7535\u5f27\u3002\u9700\u5f3a\u8c03\uff1aATPV\u975e\u9762\u6599\u201c\u8010\u53d7\u6781\u9650\u201d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6982\u7387\u6027\u70e7\u4f24\u9608\u503c\uff0850%\u6982\u7387\u4ea7\u751f\u4e8c\u5ea6\u70e7\u4f24\uff09\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u9009\u7528\u987b\u53e0\u52a0\u5b89\u5168\u88d5\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u56fd\u73b0\u884c\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u6807\u51c6GB\/T 38030\u20142019\u300a\u7535\u5f27\u9632\u62a4\u670d\u88c5\u300b\u5168\u9762\u63a5\u8f68IEC 61482-1-1:2019\uff0c\u89c4\u5b9a\u7535\u5f27\u9632\u62a4\u670d\u5fc5\u987b\u6807\u6ce8ATPV\u503c\uff08\u6216Ebt\u503c\uff0c\u5373\u9762\u6599\u51fb\u7a7f\u80fd\u91cf\uff09\uff0c\u4e14\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f4e\u4e8e\u4f5c\u4e1a\u73af\u5883\u9884\u4f30\u7535\u5f27\u80fd\u91cf\uff08Incident Energy, IE\uff09\u76841.2\u500d\u3002\u7f8e\u56fdNFPA 70E\u20142024\u5219\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8981\u6c42\uff1a\u5f53IE\u22658 cal\/cm\u00b2\u65f6\uff0c\u987b\u91c7\u7528\u591a\u5c42\u590d\u5408\u7ed3\u6784\uff1bIE\u226540
