\u7279\u6b8a\u5de5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7684\u6311\u6218<\/h3>\n<p>\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6d01\u51c0\u5ba4\u901a\u5e38\u7ef4\u6301ISO Class 1\u81f3Class 5\u7684\u6d01\u51c0\u7b49\u7ea7\uff08\u4f9d\u636eISO 14644-1\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u5bf9\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u22650.1\u03bcm\u9897\u7c92\u6d53\u5ea6\u6709\u4e25\u683c\u9650\u5236\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cISO Class Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers\uff09\u7814\u7a76\u62a5\u544a\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u5faa\u73af\u98ce\u91cf\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff08\u5982\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u5382\u5e38\u7528\u98ce\u91cf\u8fbe100,000
