Flash\uff09\u98ce\u9669\u65e5\u76ca\u51f8\u663e\u3002\u7535\u5f27\u95ea\u7edc\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6781\u5177\u7834\u574f\u6027\u7684\u7535\u6c14\u6545\u969c\uff0c\u80fd\u5728\u6781\u77ed\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u91ca\u653e\u51fa\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u70ed\u80fd\u548c\u8f90\u5c04\u80fd\u91cf\uff0c\u6e29\u5ea6\u53ef\u9ad8\u8fbe15,000\u2103\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fdc\u8d85\u592a\u9633\u8868\u9762\u6e29\u5ea6\uff08\u7ea65,500\u2103\uff09\uff0c\u8db3\u4ee5\u77ac\u95f4\u7194\u5316\u91d1\u5c5e\u3001\u70b9\u71c3\u8863\u7269\u5e76\u9020\u6210\u4e25\u91cd\u70e7\u4f24\u751a\u81f3\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u6d88\u9632\u534f\u4f1a\uff08NFPA\uff09\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u300aNFPA 70E\uff1a\u7535\u6c14\u5b89\u5168\u5de5\u4f5c\u89c4\u8303\u300b\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u6bcf\u5e74\u56e0\u7535\u5f27\u4e8b\u6545\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u5de5\u4f24\u6848\u4f8b\u8d85\u8fc72,000\u8d77\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7ea65%\u81f4\u6b7b\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u7535\u7f51\u516c\u53f8\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u4e5f\u591a\u6b21\u901a\u62a5\u56e0\u672a\u7a7f\u6234\u5408\u683c\u9632\u62a4\u88c5\u5907\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u7535\u5f27\u4f24\u5bb3\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u7535\u529b\u4f5c\u4e1a\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e2a\u4f53\u9632\u62a4\u88c5\u5907\uff08PPE\uff09\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5177\u5907\u963b\u71c3\u4e0e\u9632\u7535\u5f27\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u670d\u88c5\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4fdd\u969c\u4f5c\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u751f\u547d\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u9053\u9632\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c<strong>\u963b\u71c3\u9632\u7535\u5f27\u9762\u6599<\/strong>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7535\u5f27\u9632\u62a4\u670d\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5176\u6027\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u9632\u62a4\u6548\u679c\u3002\u800c\u8861\u91cf\u8be5\u7c7b\u9762\u6599\u9632\u62a4\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6307\u6807\u2014\u2014<strong>\u7535\u5f27\u70ed\u6027\u80fd\u503c<\/strong>\uff08Arc Thermal Performance Value, ATPV\uff09\uff0c\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645\u901a\u884c\u7684\u6280\u672f\u6807\u51c6\u53c2\u6570\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u7cfb\u7edf\u9610\u8ff0ATPV\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u3001\u6d4b\u8bd5\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u5206\u7ea7\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u7535\u529b\u4f5c\u4e1a\u573a\u666f\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u5206\u6790\u4e0d\u540cATPV\u7b49\u7ea7\u9762\u6599\u4e0e\u4f5c\u4e1a\u73af\u5883\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5339\u914d\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u4e3a\u7535\u529b\u884c\u4e1a\u79d1\u5b66\u9009\u914d\u9632\u62a4\u88c5\u5907\u63d0\u4f9b\u7406\u8bba\u4f9d\u636e\u548c\u6280\u672f\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u4e8c\u3001\u7535\u5f27\u9632\u62a4\u57fa\u672c\u6982\u5ff5\u4e0e\u6838\u5fc3\u53c2\u6570<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 \u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u7535\u5f27\u95ea\u7edc\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u7535\u5f27\u95ea\u7edc\u662f\u6307\u7531\u4e8e\u7edd\u7f18\u5931\u6548\u3001\u5de5\u5177\u8bef\u64cd\u4f5c\u6216\u8bbe\u5907\u8001\u5316\u7b49\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5e26\u7535\u5bfc\u4f53\u4e4b\u95f4\u6216\u5bfc\u4f53\u4e0e\u5730\u4e4b\u95f4\u53d1\u751f\u975e\u9884\u671f\u7684\u9ad8\u80fd\u91cf\u653e\u7535\u73b0\u8c61\u3002\u5176\u80fd\u91cf\u4e3b\u8981\u4ee5\u5f3a\u70c8\u7684\u5149\u8f90\u5c04\u3001\u9ad8\u6e29\u7b49\u79bb\u5b50\u4f53\u55b7\u5c04\u3001\u51b2\u51fb\u6ce2\u548c\u98de\u6e85\u91d1\u5c5e\u9897\u7c92\u7b49\u5f62\u5f0f\u91ca\u653e\u3002\u6839\u636eIEEE 1584-2018\u300a\u8ba1\u7b97\u5de5\u4e1a\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u7535\u529b\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7535\u5f27\u95ea\u7edc\u8fb9\u754c\u548c\u5165\u5c04\u80fd\u91cf\u7684\u6307\u5357\u300b\uff0c\u7535\u5f27\u91ca\u653e\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u201c\u5165\u5c04\u80fd\u91cf\u201d\uff08Incident Energy\uff09\u6765\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5355\u4f4d\u4e3acal\/cm\u00b2\uff08\u5361\u8def\u91cc\/\u5e73\u65b9\u5398\u7c73\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53\u4eba\u4f53\u66b4\u9732\u4e8e\u4e00\u5b9a\u5f3a\u5ea6\u7684\u7535\u5f27\u80fd\u91cf\u4e0b\uff0c\u76ae\u80a4\u4f1a\u5728\u6781\u77ed\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u5438\u6536\u70ed\u91cf\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u201c\u4e8c\u5ea6\u70e7\u4f24\u9608\u503c\u201d\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a1.2 cal\/cm\u00b2\uff09\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9632\u62a4\u670d\u5fc5\u987b\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u963b\u6321\u6216\u5ef6\u8fdf\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u4f7f\u4f5c\u4e1a\u8005\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u65f6\u95f4\u64a4\u79bb\u6216\u907f\u514d\u81f4\u547d\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2.2 ATPV\uff1a\u7535\u5f27\u9632\u62a4\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6307\u6807<\/h3>\n<p><strong>ATPV<\/strong>\uff08Arc Thermal Performance Value\uff09\u5373\u201c\u7535\u5f27\u70ed\u6027\u80fd\u503c\u201d\uff0c\u662f\u8861\u91cf\u963b\u71c3\u9632\u7535\u5f27\u9762\u6599\u6297\u7535\u5f27\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7269\u7406\u91cf\u3002\u5b83\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\uff1a\u5728\u6807\u51c6\u6d4b\u8bd5\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u9762\u6599\u5728\u53d7\u5230\u6a21\u62df\u7535\u5f27\u7167\u5c04\u65f6\uff0c\u670950%\u6982\u7387\u5bfc\u81f4 wearer \u51fa\u73b0\u4e8c\u5ea6\u70e7\u4f24\u7684\u5165\u5c04\u80fd\u91cf\u503c\uff0c\u5355\u4f4d\u4e3acal\/cm\u00b2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>ATPV\u503c\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u9762\u6599\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u70ed\u9632\u62a4\u80fd\u529b\u8d8a\u5f3a\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cATPV=8 cal\/cm\u00b2 \u7684\u9762\u6599\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5728\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc78 cal\/cm\u00b2 \u7684\u7535\u5f27\u80fd\u91cf\u66b4\u9732\u4e0b\uff0c\u7a7f\u7740\u8005\u906d\u53d7\u4e8c\u5ea6\u70e7\u4f24\u7684\u6982\u7387\u4f4e\u4e8e50%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f8\u5173\u6307\u6807\u79f0\u4e3a<strong>EBT<\/strong>\uff08Energy Breakopen Threshold\uff09\uff0c\u6307\u9762\u6599\u5728\u7535\u5f27\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\u51fa\u73b0\u7834\u6d1e\u524d\u7684\u6700\u5927\u627f\u53d7\u80fd\u91cf\u3002\u82e5EBT &lt;
