Filter\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0HEPA\u6ee4\u5668\uff09\u662f\u5236\u836f\u5de5\u4e1a\u6d01\u51c0\u73af\u5883\u63a7\u5236\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7ec4\u4ef6\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u529f\u80fd\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u7269\u7406\u62e6\u622a\u3001\u6269\u6563\u3001\u60ef\u6027\u78b0\u649e\u548c\u9759\u7535\u5438\u9644\u7b49\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u53bb\u9664\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d0.3\u5fae\u7c73\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u60ac\u6d6e\u9897\u7c92\u7269\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6d01\u51c0\u533a\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u7b26\u5408\u300a\u836f\u54c1\u751f\u4ea7\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u89c4\u8303\u300b\uff08GMP\uff09\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u968f\u7740\u6211\u56fd\u5bf9\u836f\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u4e0e\u8d28\u91cf\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u65e5\u76ca\u4e25\u683c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u56fd\u9645\u836f\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u6807\u51c6\uff08\u5982FDA cGMP\u3001EU GMP\uff09\u7684\u4e0d\u65ad\u63a5\u8f68\uff0cHEPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5728\u5236\u836fGMP\u8f66\u95f4\u4e2d\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u9a8c\u8bc1\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u6d01\u51c0\u7cfb\u7edf\u786e\u8ba4\uff08Commissioning and Qualification\uff09\u7684\u5173\u952e\u73af\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u7cfb\u7edf\u9610\u8ff0\u9ad8\u6548\u9897\u7c92\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u6280\u672f\u53c2\u6570\u3001\u5b89\u88c5\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u6027\u80fd\u6d4b\u8bd5\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u9a8c\u8bc1\u6d41\u7a0b\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u5236\u836f\u884c\u4e1a\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u6743\u5a01\u6587\u732e\u4e0e\u6cd5\u89c4\u6307\u5357\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u5206\u6790\u5176\u5728GMP\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u4fdd\u969c\u673a\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u4e00\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u9897\u7c92\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e0e\u5206\u7c7b<\/h2>\n<h3>1.1 \u5b9a\u4e49<\/h3>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u6807\u51c6\u300aGB\/T 13554-2020  \u9ad8\u6548\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u300b\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\uff0c\u9ad8\u6548\u9897\u7c92\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u662f\u6307\u5bf9\u7c92\u5f84\u22650.3\u03bcm\u7684\u7c92\u5b50\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u4f4e\u4e8e99.97%\u6355\u96c6\u6548\u7387\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u88c5\u7f6e\u3002\u5176\u8fc7\u6ee4\u4ecb\u8d28\u901a\u5e38\u91c7\u7528\u8d85\u7ec6\u73bb\u7483\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7eb8\u6216\u805a\u4e19\u70ef\u7194\u55b7\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4ee5\u591a\u5c42\u6298\u53e0\u65b9\u5f0f\u589e\u52a0\u6709\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u9762\u79ef\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u91c7\u6696\u3001\u5236\u51b7\u4e0e\u7a7a\u8c03\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u5b66\u4f1a\uff08ASHRAE\uff09\u5728\u5176\u6807\u51c6 <strong>ASHRAE 52.2-2017<\/strong> \u4e2d\u5c06HEPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u201cMinimum Efficiency Reporting Value\u201d\uff08MERV\uff09\u7b49\u7ea720\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u3002\u800c\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\uff0cEN 1822:2009\u6807\u51c6\u5219\u4f9d\u636e\u201c\u6700\u6613\u7a7f\u900f\u7c92\u5f84\u201d\uff08Most Penetrating Particle Size,
