Room\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5173\u952e\u5de5\u827a\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u7ef4\u6301\u6781\u4f4e\u7684\u76f8\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u22641% RH\uff09\u548c\u8d85\u9ad8\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u6d01\u51c0\u5ea6\uff08ISO Class 5\u6216\u66f4\u9ad8\uff09\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c<strong>\u8d85\u9ad8\u6548\u9897\u7c92\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668<\/strong>\uff08Ultra-Low Penetration Air Filter, \u7b80\u79f0ULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\uff09\u6210\u4e3a\u5e72\u71e5\u623f\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7ec4\u4ef6\uff0c\u627f\u62c5\u7740\u53bb\u9664\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u4e9a\u5fae\u7c73\u7ea7\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4efb\u52a1\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u7cfb\u7edf\u9610\u8ff0ULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5728\u9502\u7535\u6c60\u751f\u4ea7\u5e72\u71e5\u623f\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u5206\u6790\u5176\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6\u4e0e\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u7684\u534f\u540c\u63a7\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u6743\u5a01\u6587\u732e\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u53c2\u6570\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8ba8\u5176\u9009\u578b\u3001\u6027\u80fd\u6307\u6807\u53ca\u5b9e\u9645\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u4e8c\u3001\u9502\u7535\u6c60\u5e72\u71e5\u623f\u7684\u73af\u5883\u8981\u6c42<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 \u5e72\u71e5\u623f\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u4e0e\u7ed3\u6784<\/h3>\n<p>\u9502\u7535\u6c60\u5e72\u71e5\u623f\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u901a\u8fc7\u7cbe\u5bc6\u7a7a\u8c03\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08MAU+FFU+DCU\u7ec4\u5408\uff09\u3001\u9664\u6e7f\u673a\u7ec4\uff08Desiccant Dehumidifier\uff09\u548c\u9ad8\u6548\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u7cfb\u7edf\u5171\u540c\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u6052\u6e29\u3001\u6052\u6e7f\u3001\u9ad8\u6d01\u51c0\u5ea6\u7684\u5c01\u95ed\u5f0f\u751f\u4ea7\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u529f\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u63a7\u5236\u7a7a\u6c14\u76f8\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6\u57281% 5\uff08\u5373\u6bcf\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u22650.3 \u03bcm\u9897\u7c92\u6570\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc710,000\u4e2a\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u9632\u6b62\u5916\u90e8\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08\u5982\u7c89\u5c18\u3001\u91d1\u5c5e\u79bb\u5b50\u3001\u6709\u673a\u6325\u53d1\u7269\uff09\u8fdb\u5165\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u4fdd\u8bc1\u6c14\u6d41\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5408\u7406\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u6b7b\u89d2\u548c\u4ea4\u53c9\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.2 \u6e7f\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/h3>\n<p>\u6c34\u5206\u662f\u9502\u7535\u6c60\u5236\u9020\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u9690\u5f62\u6740\u624b\u201d\u3002\u6839\u636e\u300aJournal of The Electrochemical Society\u300b\uff082018\uff09\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5f53\u7535\u89e3\u6db2\u4e2d\u6c34\u5206\u542b\u91cf\u8d85\u8fc720 ppm\u65f6\uff0c\u4f1a\u5f15\u53d1\u4ee5\u4e0b\u526f\u53cd\u5e94\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>$$<br \/>\nmathrm{LiPF_6 + H_2O rightarrow LiF + POF_3 + 2HF}<br \/>\n$$<\/p>\n<p>\u751f\u6210\u7684HF\u5177\u6709\u5f3a\u8150\u8680\u6027\uff0c\u4f1a\u7834\u574fSEI\u819c\uff08\u56fa\u4f53\u7535\u89e3\u8d28\u754c\u9762\u819c\uff09\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u7535\u6c60\u5185\u963b\u589e\u52a0\u3001\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e0b\u964d\u548c\u5faa\u73af\u5bff\u547d\u7f29\u77ed\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6c34\u5206\u8fd8\u4f1a\u5728\u8d1f\u6781\u8868\u9762\u8fd8\u539f\u751f\u6210\u6c22\u6c14\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u7535\u6c60\u9f13\u5305\u751a\u81f3\u7206\u70b8\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5e72\u71e5\u623f\u7684\u9732\u70b9\u6e29\u5ea6\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u63a7\u5236\u5728-60\u2103\u81f3-70\u2103\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u5bf9\u5e94\u7edd\u5bf9\u6e7f\u5ea6\u4f4e\u4e8e0.02 g\/m\u00b3\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2.3
