HEPA\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4fdd\u969c\u7a7a\u6c14\u6d01\u51c0\u5ea6\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u8bbe\u5907\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5176\u6027\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u6574\u4e2a\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8fd0\u884c\u6548\u7387\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002\u968f\u7740\u5de5\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u6269\u5927\u548c\u901a\u98ce\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u5927\u98ce\u91cf\u5de5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u7cfb\u7edf\u5e94\u7528\u65e5\u76ca\u5e7f\u6cdb\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u98ce\u901f\u3001\u5927\u6d41\u91cf\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f20\u7edf\u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5e38\u9762\u4e34\u6c14\u6d41\u5206\u5e03\u4e0d\u5747\u3001\u5c40\u90e8\u538b\u964d\u8fc7\u5927\u3001\u6ee4\u6750\u5bff\u547d\u7f29\u77ed\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4e25\u91cd\u5f71\u54cd\u7cfb\u7edf\u6574\u4f53\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2\u9ad8\u6548\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u56e0\u5176\u8010\u8150\u8680\u3001\u9ad8\u5f3a\u5ea6\u3001\u6613\u6e05\u6d17\u3001\u53ef\u91cd\u590d\u4f7f\u7528\u7b49\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u9010\u6e10\u6210\u4e3a\u5927\u98ce\u91cf\u5de5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7684\u4f18\u9009\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u3001\u9ad8\u6e7f\u3001\u8150\u8680\u6027\u5f3a\u6216\u9700\u8981\u9891\u7e41\u6d88\u6bd2\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2\u6846\u67b6\u7ed3\u6784\u5c55\u73b0\u51fa\u663e\u8457\u7684\u6280\u672f\u4f18\u52bf\u3002\u4f46\u5373\u4fbf\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u5927\u98ce\u91cf\u8fd0\u884c\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5b9e\u73b0<strong>\u6c14\u6d41\u5747\u5300\u6027<\/strong>\u7684\u4f18\u5316\uff0c\u4ecd\u662f\u5f53\u524d\u5de5\u7a0b\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u4ea7\u54c1\u5f00\u53d1\u4e2d\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u4ece\u6c14\u6d41\u5747\u5300\u6027\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2\u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u6c14\u6d41\u5206\u5e03\u7684\u5173\u952e\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u4e0e\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u7cfb\u7edf\u5316\u7684\u4f18\u5316\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u5e76\u8f85\u4ee5\u5177\u4f53\u4ea7\u54c1\u53c2\u6570\u4e0e\u5b9e\u9a8c\u6570\u636e\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4e3a\u76f8\u5173\u9886\u57df\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u5e94\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u7406\u8bba\u4f9d\u636e\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u53c2\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>1. \u6c14\u6d41\u5747\u5300\u6027\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e0e\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/h2>\n<h3>1.1 \u6c14\u6d41\u5747\u5300\u6027\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6982\u5ff5<\/h3>\n<p>\u6c14\u6d41\u5747\u5300\u6027\uff08Airflow Uniformity\uff09\u662f\u6307\u5728\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u8fce\u98ce\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u5404\u70b9\u98ce\u901f\u7684\u5206\u5e03\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002\u7406\u60f3\u72b6\u6001\u4e0b\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u8fc7\u6ee4\u9762\u79ef\u4e0a\u7684\u98ce\u901f\u5e94\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u51fa\u73b0\u201c\u77ed\u8def\u201d\u3001\u201c\u6da1\u6d41\u201d\u6216\u201c\u6b7b\u533a\u201d\u73b0\u8c61\u3002\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6\u5982<strong>ISO 14644-3<\/strong>\u548c<strong>ASHRAE Standard 52.2<\/strong>\u4e2d\u660e\u786e\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u7684\u98ce\u901f\u504f\u5dee\u5e94\u63a7\u5236\u5728\u00b115%\u4ee5\u5185\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u8fc7\u6ee4\u6548\u7387\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>1.2
