VLFC\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5c40\u90e8\u9ad8\u6d01\u51c0\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5173\u952e\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u65e0\u83cc\u64cd\u4f5c\u3001\u7ec6\u80de\u57f9\u517b\u3001\u7cbe\u5bc6\u4eea\u5668\u88c5\u914d\u7b49\u573a\u666f\u3002\u5176\u6838\u5fc3\u529f\u80fd\u5728\u4e8e\u901a\u8fc7\u9ad8\u6548\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\uff08HEPA\uff09\u4e0e\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u6c14\u6d41\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u5de5\u4f5c\u533a\u57df\u5185\u7684\u6d01\u51c0\u7a7a\u6c14\u5355\u5411\u3001\u5747\u5300\u6d41\u52a8\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u5fae\u7c92\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\uff08High-Efficiency Particulate Air, HEPA\uff09\u662f\u6d01\u51c0\u53f0\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u90e8\u4ef6\uff0c\u5176\u5e03\u5c40\u65b9\u5f0f\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u6c14\u6d41\u7684\u5747\u5300\u6027\u3001\u901f\u5ea6\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u53ca\u6d01\u51c0\u5ea6\u7b49\u7ea7\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u8ba1\u7b97\u6d41\u4f53\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\uff08Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD\uff09\u6280\u672f\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5bf9\u6d01\u51c0\u53f0\u5185\u90e8\u6c14\u6d41\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u6570\u503c\u4eff\u771f\u5206\u6790\u6210\u4e3a\u7814\u7a76\u70ed\u70b9\uff0c\u4e3a\u4f18\u5316\u8bbe\u8ba1\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u79d1\u5b66\u4f9d\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u56f4\u7ed5\u5782\u76f4\u5355\u5411\u6d41\u6d01\u51c0\u53f0\u4e2d\u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u5e03\u5c40\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u7cfb\u7edf\u5206\u6790\u4e0d\u540c\u5e03\u5c40\u5bf9\u6c14\u6d41\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7CFD\u4eff\u771f\u624b\u6bb5\u8fdb\u884c\u5bf9\u6bd4\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u4f18\u5316\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \u5782\u76f4\u5355\u5411\u6d41\u6d01\u51c0\u53f0\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406<\/h2>\n<p>\u5782\u76f4\u5355\u5411\u6d41\u6d01\u51c0\u53f0\u901a\u8fc7\u9876\u90e8\u5b89\u88c5\u7684\u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5c06\u7ecf\u8fc7\u521d\u6548\u3001\u4e2d\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fdb\u884c\u9ad8\u6548\u51c0\u5316\uff0c\u518d\u7531\u98ce\u673a\u7cfb\u7edf\u5747\u5300\u9001\u5165\u5de5\u4f5c\u533a\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u81ea\u4e0a\u800c\u4e0b\u7684\u5355\u5411\u3001\u5e73\u884c\u6c14\u6d41\u3002\u8be5\u6c14\u6d41\u4ee5\u7a33\u5b9a\u901f\u5ea6\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a0.3~0.5 50073-2013\uff09\u548c\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6ISO 14644-1\uff0c\u5782\u76f4\u5355\u5411\u6d41\u6d01\u51c0\u53f0\u53ef\u8fbe\u5230ISO Class 5\uff08\u5373\u767e\u7ea7\uff09\u6d01\u51c0\u5ea6\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5bf9\u5fae\u7c92\u63a7\u5236\u8981\u6c42\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. \u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\uff08HEPA\uff09\u6280\u672f\u53c2\u6570\u4e0e\u5206\u7c7b<\/h2>\n<p>\u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u662f\u6d01\u51c0\u53f0\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u6d01\u51c0\u5ea6\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7ec4\u4ef6\uff0c\u5176\u6027\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u6d01\u51c0\u53f0\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u6548\u80fd\u3002HEPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u901a\u5e38\u91c7\u7528\u8d85\u7ec6\u73bb\u7483\u7ea4\u7ef4\u6ee4\u7eb8\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fc7\u6ee4\u4ecb\u8d28\uff0c\u5bf90.3
