\/>\n<h2>1. \u5f15\u8a00<\/h2>\n<h3>1.1 \u7814\u7a76\u80cc\u666f<\/h3>\n<p>\u68c9\u7ea4\u7ef4\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5929\u7136\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7d20\u7ea4\u7ef4\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u670d\u7528\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5982\u9ad8\u5438\u6e7f\u6027\u3001\u826f\u597d\u7684\u70ed\u6e7f\u8212\u9002\u6027\u3001\u751f\u7269\u53ef\u964d\u89e3\u6027\u7b49\uff0c\u662f\u7eba\u7ec7\u5de5\u4e1a\u4e2d\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u539f\u6599\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5176\u56fa\u6709\u7684\u6613\u71c3\u6027\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5176\u5728\u9ad8\u5b89\u5168\u8981\u6c42\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u6839\u636e\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u6807\u51c6\u5316\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u300aGB\/T 5455-2014 \u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1 \u71c3\u70e7\u6027\u80fd \u5782\u76f4\u6cd5\u300b\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u7684\u68c9\u7ec7\u7269\u71c3\u70e7\u8fc5\u901f\uff0c\u706b\u7130\u8513\u5ef6\u901f\u5ea6\u5feb\uff0c\u71c3\u70e7\u540e\u6b8b\u7559\u7070\u70ec\u5c11\uff0c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6613\u71c3\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u63d0\u5347\u68c9\u7ec7\u7269\u7684\u963b\u71c3\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u5904\u7406\u6210\u4e3a\u4e3b\u6d41\u6280\u672f\u8def\u5f84\u3002\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u901a\u8fc7\u7269\u7406\u6216\u5316\u5b66\u65b9\u5f0f\u9644\u7740\u4e8e\u7ea4\u7ef4\u8868\u9762\u6216\u5d4c\u5165\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5185\u90e8\uff0c\u6539\u53d8\u5176\u70ed\u89e3\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u6291\u5236\u53ef\u71c3\u6c14\u4f53\u91ca\u653e\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6210\u70ad\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u8fbe\u5230\u963b\u71c3\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u673a\u78f7\u7cfb\u3001\u5364\u7cfb\u3001\u6c2e\u7cfb\u4ee5\u53ca\u65e0\u673a\u7c7b\uff08\u5982\u6c22\u6c27\u5316\u94dd\u3001\u6c22\u6c27\u5316\u9541\uff09\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u963b\u71c3\u5904\u7406\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5f80\u5f80\u4f34\u968f\u9ad8\u6e29\u3001\u5f3a\u9178\u6216\u5f3a\u78b1\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u68c9\u7ea4\u7ef4\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u9020\u6210\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u5f71\u54cd\u7ec7\u7269\u7684\u529b\u5b66\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u5df2\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u963b\u71c3\u5904\u7406\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u68c9\u7ea4\u7ef4\u805a\u5408\u5ea6\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u7ed3\u6676\u5ea6\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u524a\u5f31\u5176\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u5f39\u6027\uff08Zhang
