HVAC\uff09\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8fd0\u884c\u6548\u7387\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u5230\u6574\u4f53\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u548c\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u5728HVAC\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u7a7a\u6c14\u5904\u7406\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\u7684\u56de\u98ce\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u662f\u5173\u952e\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u627f\u62c5\u7740\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u8fd8\u5bf9\u7cfb\u7edf\u80fd\u8017\u4ea7\u751f\u663e\u8457\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u968f\u7740\u56fd\u5bb6\u8282\u80fd\u51cf\u6392\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u63a8\u8fdb\u4ee5\u53ca\u7eff\u8272\u533b\u9662\u5efa\u8bbe\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u4fdd\u969c\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\u5b9e\u73b0\u8282\u80fd\u964d\u8017\u6210\u4e3a\u533b\u9662\u8bbe\u65bd\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8bfe\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u56f4\u7ed5\u533b\u9662HVAC\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u56de\u98ce\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u8282\u80fd\u4f18\u5316\u5c55\u5f00\u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u4e0d\u540c\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u6027\u80fd\u53c2\u6570\u3001\u80fd\u8017\u8868\u73b0\u53ca\u5176\u5bf9\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u63d0\u51fa\u5207\u5b9e\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u8282\u80fd\u4f18\u5316\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u672c\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4e3a\u533b\u9662\u63d0\u4f9b\u79d1\u5b66\u5408\u7406\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u7cfb\u7edf\u4f18\u5316\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u6548\u8282\u80fd\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\u73af\u5883\u7684\u53cc\u91cd\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u4e00\u3001\u533b\u9662HVAC\u7cfb\u7edf\u6982\u8ff0<\/h2>\n<h3>1.1 \u7cfb\u7edf\u6784\u6210\u4e0e\u529f\u80fd<\/h3>\n<p>\u533b\u9662HVAC\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\u7ec4\u6210\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u65b0\u98ce\u673a\u7ec4<\/strong>\uff1a\u5f15\u5165\u5ba4\u5916\u65b0\u9c9c\u7a7a\u6c14\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u56de\u98ce\u673a\u7ec4<\/strong>\uff1a\u56de\u6536\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u6c14\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u51b7\u70ed\u8d1f\u8377\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u98ce\u673a\u76d8\u7ba1<\/strong>\uff1a\u8c03\u8282\u623f\u95f4\u6e29\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u88c5\u7f6e<\/strong>\uff1a\u5305\u62ec\u521d\u6548\u3001\u4e2d\u6548\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong>\uff1a\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u8c03\u8282\u6e29\u6e7f\u5ea6\u53ca\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u56de\u98ce\u7cfb\u7edf\u5728\u6574\u4f53\u80fd\u8017\u4e2d\u5360\u6bd4\u8f83\u5927\u3002\u636e\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c\u533b\u9662\u7a7a\u8c03\u7cfb\u7edf\u7ea6\u5360\u603b\u80fd\u8017\u768440%~60%\uff0c\u800c\u56de\u98ce\u7cfb\u7edf\u53c8\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8017\u80fd\u73af\u8282\u4e4b\u4e00\uff08\u738b\u5fd7\u521a\u7b49\uff0c2020\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>1.2 \u56de\u98ce\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0e\u6311\u6218<\/h3>\n<p>\u56de\u98ce\u7cfb\u7edf\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u6c14\u5faa\u73af\u9001\u5165\u7a7a\u8c03\u673a\u7ec4\u8fdb\u884c\u518d\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u964d\u4f4e\u51b7\u70ed\u8d1f\u8377\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u7387\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u957f\u671f\u8fd0\u884c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u5c18\u57c3\u3001\u7ec6\u83cc\u3001\u75c5\u6bd2\u7b49\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u4f1a\u6c89\u79ef\u5728\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u4e0a\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8fc7\u6ee4\u963b\u529b\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u98ce\u673a\u80fd\u8017\u4e0a\u5347\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u7a7a\u6c14\u6d41\u901a\u4e0d\u7545\uff0c\u5f71\u54cd\u6362\u6c14\u6548\u7387\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u7ec6\u83cc\u6ecb\u751f\u98ce\u9669\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5a01\u80c1\u60a3\u8005\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5408\u7406\u9009\u62e9\u548c\u7ef4\u62a4\u56de\u98ce\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8282\u80fd\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\u5747\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<hr
