Ultra Low Penetration Air Filter\uff09\u662f\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7ec4\u4ef6\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0cULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u4ee5\u5176\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u8fc7\u6ee4\u6548\u7387\u800c\u88ab\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u5bf9\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u8981\u6c42\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u5176\u8fc7\u6ee4\u6548\u7387\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fd8\u4e0e\u5176\u8fd0\u884c\u65f6\u4ea7\u751f\u7684<strong>\u538b\u964d<\/strong>\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173\u3002\u538b\u964d\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u5230\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684<strong>\u80fd\u8017\u6c34\u5e73<\/strong>\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u5f71\u54cd\u6574\u4f53\u8fd0\u884c\u6210\u672c\u548c\u80fd\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u6548\u7387\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76ULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u5de5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7684\u538b\u964d\u7279\u6027\u53ca\u5176\u5bf9\u80fd\u8017\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u4ef7\u503c\u548c\u73b0\u5b9e\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u4eceULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u7406\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u7cfb\u7edf\u5206\u6790\u5176\u5728\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7684\u538b\u964d\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u63a2\u8ba8\u5176\u5bf9\u80fd\u8017\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4e3a\u76f8\u5173\u5de5\u7a0b\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u8282\u80fd\u4f18\u5316\u63d0\u4f9b\u53c2\u8003\u4f9d\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u4e8c\u3001ULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u7406\u4e0e\u7ed3\u6784\u7279\u70b9<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 ULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e0e\u5206\u7c7b<\/h3>\n<p>ULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u9ad8\u6548\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u53bb\u9664\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7c92\u5f84\u5927\u4e8e\u7b49\u4e8e0.12\u5fae\u7c73\u7684\u9897\u7c92\u7269\uff0c\u5176\u6548\u7387\u901a\u5e38\u8fbe\u523099.999%\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff08ISO 45001\u6807\u51c6\uff09\u3002\u6839\u636e\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6ISO \/>\n<h2>\u4e09\u3001ULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u538b\u964d\u7279\u6027\u5206\u6790<\/h2>\n<h3>3.1 \u538b\u964d\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e0e\u5f71\u54cd\u56e0\u7d20<\/h3>\n<p>\u538b\u964d\uff08Pressure Drop\uff09\u662f\u6307\u7a7a\u6c14\u901a\u8fc7\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u65f6\u7531\u4e8e\u963b\u529b\u9020\u6210\u7684\u538b\u529b\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4ee5Pa\u4e3a\u5355\u4f4d\u8868\u793a\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8eULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u538b\u964d\u4e3b\u8981\u53d7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56e0\u7d20\u5f71\u54cd\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u98ce\u901f\uff08Airflow \u80fd\u8017\u6a21\u578b\u6784\u5efa<\/h3>\n<p>\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u603b\u80fd\u8017\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u98ce\u673a\u80fd\u8017\u3001\u52a0\u70ed\/\u51b7\u5374\u80fd\u8017\u53ca\u52a0\u6e7f\u80fd\u8017\u7b49\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u98ce\u673a\u80fd\u8017\u5360\u6bd4\u6700\u5927\uff0c\u7ea6\u5360\u6574\u4e2a\u7cfb\u7edf\u80fd\u8017\u768430%-50%\u3002\u800c\u98ce\u673a\u80fd\u8017\u53c8\u4e0e\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u538b\u964d\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u6d41\u4f53\u529b\u5b66\u57fa\u672c\u516c\u5f0f\uff0c\u98ce\u673a\u529f\u7387\u53ef\u8868\u793a\u4e3a\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>$$<br \u56fd\u5185\u7814\u7a76<\/h4>\n<p>\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u5efa\u7b51\u5b66\u9662\u66fe\u5bf9\u5317\u4eac\u67d0\u533b\u9662\u6d01\u51c0\u624b\u672f\u5ba4\u5185\u7684ULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u7cfb\u7edf\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9e\u6d4b\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u5176\u521d\u59cb\u538b\u964d\u7ea6\u4e3a250 \u56fd\u5916\u7814\u7a76<\/h4>\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u52b3\u4f26\u65af\u4f2f\u514b\u5229\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\uff08LBNL\uff09\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0cULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u5185\u7684\u80fd\u8017\u5360\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u603b\u80fd\u8017\u768435%\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u91c7\u7528\u53d8\u9891\u98ce\u673a\u914d\u5408\u667a\u80fd\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7edf\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u80fd\u8017\uff08Fisk et al., 2018\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u4e94\u3001ULPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u9009\u578b\u4e0e\u8282\u80fd\u4f18\u5316\u5efa\u8bae<\/h2>\n<h3>5.1
