\u9ad8\u6548\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u300b\u56fd\u5bb6\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u9ad8\u6548\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u6309\u6548\u7387\u5206\u4e3aA\u7c7b\uff08\u226599.9%\uff09\u3001B\u7c7b\uff08\u226599.97%\uff09\u3001C\u7c7b\uff08\u226599.99%\uff09\u548cD\u7c7b\uff08\u226599.999%\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dD\u7c7b\u5373\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645\u4e0a\u6240\u79f0\u7684ULPA\uff08Ultra Low Penetration Air Filter\uff09\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u3002\u9ad8\u6548\u9001\u98ce\u53e3\u901a\u5e38\u7531\u7bb1\u4f53\u3001\u5747\u6d41\u677f\u3001\u6ee4\u7f51\u53ca\u538b\u5dee\u8ba1\u7b49\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5b89\u88c5\u4e8e\u7a7a\u8c03\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u672b\u7aef\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u5c06\u7ecf\u8fc7\u5904\u7406\u7684\u6d01\u51c0\u7a7a\u6c14\u9001\u5165\u53d7\u63a7\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n<hr 14644-1\u6d01\u51c0\u5ba4\u6807\u51c6\u5bf9\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u6709\u4e25\u683c\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5b9a\u671f\u8fdb\u884c\u9ad8\u6548\u9001\u98ce\u53e3\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u6cc4\u6f0f\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u662f\u4fdd\u969c\u7cfb\u7edf\u6b63\u5e38\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u5173\u952e\u73af\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u4e09\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u9001\u98ce\u53e3\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u6cc4\u6f0f\u68c0\u6d4b\u539f\u7406<\/h2>\n<h3>3.1 \u6cc4\u6f0f\u5b9a\u4e49<\/h3>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u7f8e\u56fdIEST-RP-CC034.3\u300aHEPA and ULPA Filter Leak Tests\u300b\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u6cc4\u6f0f\u662f\u6307\u5728\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u6c14\u6eb6\u80f6\u7a7f\u900f\u8fc7\u6ee4\u4ecb\u8d28\u540e\uff0c\u5728\u4e0b\u6e38\u6d4b\u5f97\u7684\u6d53\u5ea6\u8d85\u8fc7\u89c4\u5b9a\u9608\u503c\u7684\u73b0\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>3.2
