TPU\u8584\u819c\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/h3>\n<p>TPU\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u5f39\u6027\u548c\u8010\u5019\u6027\u7684\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5176\u5206\u5b50\u94fe\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u6c28\u57fa\u7532\u9178\u916f\u57fa\u56e2\uff08\u2013NH\u2013CO\u2013O\u2013\uff09\uff0c\u8d4b\u4e88\u5176\u826f\u597d\u7684\u67d4\u97e7\u6027\u3001\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u548c\u8010\u4f4e\u6e29\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u5728\u590d\u5408\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cTPU\u8584\u819c\u901a\u8fc7\u70ed\u538b\u6216\u80f6\u7c98\u5242\u4e0e\u7ec7\u7269\u7d27\u5bc6\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u81f4\u5bc6\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u5c4f\u969c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5176\u5fae\u5b54\u7ed3\u6784\u5141\u8bb8\u6c34\u84b8\u6c14\u901a\u8fc7\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5b9e\u73b0\u900f\u6c14\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u6587\u732e\u8d44\u6599\uff0cTPU\u819c\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u4e00\u822c\u63a7\u5236\u57280.05~0.2 mm\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u8fc7\u8584\u5219\u5f71\u54cd\u9632\u6c34\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u8fc7\u539a\u5219\u964d\u4f4e\u67d4\u8f6f\u6027\u4e0e\u900f\u6c14\u6027\uff08Liu et al., 2020\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u4e09\u3001\u5236\u9020\u5de5\u827a\u6d41\u7a0b<\/h2>\n<p>\u5370\u82b1\u5e03\u590d\u5408TPU\u9632\u6c34\u9762\u6599\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4\uff1a<\/p>\n<h3>3.1
