 <\/p>\n<h3>1.2 \u7eb3\u7c73\u6d82\u5c42\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406<\/h3>\n<p>\u7eb3\u7c73\u6d82\u5c42\u6280\u672f\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u5728\u57fa\u6750\u8868\u9762\u6c89\u79ef\u4e00\u5c42\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ea7\u8584\u819c\uff0c\u4ee5\u8d4b\u4e88\u5176\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u7eb3\u7c73\u6d82\u5c42\u65b9\u6cd5\u5305\u62ec\u6eb6\u80f6-\u51dd\u80f6\u6cd5\uff08Sol-Gel\uff09\u3001\u7b49\u79bb\u5b50\u4f53\u589e\u5f3a\u5316\u5b66\u6c14\u76f8\u6c89\u79ef\uff08PECVD\uff09\u3001\u9759\u7535\u55b7\u6d82\u3001\u6d78\u6e0d\u63d0\u62c9\u6cd5\u7b49\u3002\u5728\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u7eb3\u7c73\u6d82\u5c42\u6750\u6599\u5305\u62ec\u6c1f\u7845\u70f7\u7c7b\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3001\u805a\u6c28\u916f\u7eb3\u7c73\u4e73\u6db2\u3001\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u7845\uff08SiO\u2082\uff09\u7eb3\u7c73\u9897\u7c92\u7b49\u3002  <\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u9632\u6c34\u9762\u6599\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\uff0c\u7eb3\u7c73\u6d82\u5c42\u4e3b\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u6784\u5efa\u8d85\u758f\u6c34\u8868\u9762\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u9632\u6c34\u6548\u679c\u3002\u6839\u636eWenzel\u548cCassie-Baxter\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ed3\u6784\u80fd\u591f\u663e\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u6750\u6599\u8868\u9762\u7684\u63a5\u89e6\u89d2\uff08Contact Angle\uff09\uff0c\u4f7f\u6c34\u6ef4\u96be\u4ee5\u9644\u7740\u5e76\u8fc5\u901f\u6eda\u843d\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u8fbe\u5230\u9632\u6c34\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7eb3\u7c73\u6d82\u5c42\u8fd8\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u9632\u6b62\u6cb9\u6c61\u6e17\u900f\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u7ec7\u7269\u7684\u8010\u4e45\u6027\u548c\u6e05\u6d01\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\u3002
