 <\/p>\n<p>\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\uff08Four-way Stretch Fabric\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5177\u6709\u53cc\u5411\u5f39\u6027\u56de\u590d\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u7ec7\u7269\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u6cbf\u7ecf\u5411\u548c\u7eac\u5411\u540c\u65f6\u62c9\u4f38\u5e76\u8fc5\u901f\u6062\u590d\u539f\u72b6\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u7279\u6027\u4f7f\u5176\u5728\u8fd0\u52a8\u670d\u9970\u3001\u6237\u5916\u88c5\u5907\u53ca\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u670d\u88c5\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u4e3b\u8981\u91c7\u7528\u805a\u916f\u7ea4\u7ef4\uff08Polyester\uff09\u3001\u5c3c\u9f99\uff08Nylon\uff09\u4e0e\u6c28\u7eb6\uff08Spandex\uff09\u6df7\u7eba\u800c\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6c28\u7eb6\u542b\u91cf\u4e00\u822c\u572810%~20%\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u7ec7\u7269\u7684\u5f39\u6027\u548c\u8212\u9002\u5ea6\u3002\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u7684\u514b\u91cd\u8303\u56f4\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a150~300g\/m\u00b2\uff0c\u539a\u5ea6\u57280.3~0.8mm\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u900f\u6c14\u6027\u548c\u56de\u5f39\u6027\u5747\u4f18\u4e8e\u4f20\u7edf\u9762\u6599\u3002  <\/p>\n<p>\u5c06TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u4e0e\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u79cd\u517c\u5177\u9632\u6c34\u3001\u900f\u6e7f\u548c\u9ad8\u5f39\u6027\u7684\u590d\u5408\u6750\u6599\u3002\u8be5\u590d\u5408\u7ed3\u6784\u901a\u8fc7\u70ed\u538b\u6216\u7c98\u5408\u5242\u5c42\u538b\u5de5\u827a\u5c06TPU\u819c\u56fa\u5b9a\u4e8e\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6574\u4f53\u7684\u9632\u62a4\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8eTPU\u819c\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u54cd\u7ec7\u7269\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9700\u8981\u4f18\u5316\u819c\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u3001\u5b54\u9699\u7387\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c42\u538b\u5de5\u827a\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e73\u8861\u9632\u6c34\u6027\u548c\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5408\u7406\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684TPU\/\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u53ef\u5728\u4fdd\u6301\u826f\u597d\u9632\u6c34\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u6c34\u84b8\u6c14\u900f\u8fc7\u7387\uff08Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate, MVTR\uff09\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3\u6237\u5916\u8fd0\u52a8\u53ca\u6781\u7aef\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u7a7f\u7740\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\u5c42\u538b\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u4e0e\u4f18\u52bf<\/h3>\n<p>\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\uff08Fleece\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u4fdd\u6696\u7ec7\u7269\uff0c\u4ee5\u5176\u8f7b\u8d28\u3001\u67d4\u8f6f\u548c\u826f\u597d\u7684\u4fdd\u6e29\u6027\u80fd\u800c\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u51ac\u5b63\u670d\u88c5\u548c\u6237\u5916\u88c5\u5907\u4e2d\u3002\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\u901a\u5e38\u7531\u805a\u916f\u7ea4\u7ef4\uff08Polyester\uff09\u5236\u6210\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u8d77\u6bdb\u548c\u526a\u6bdb\u5de5\u827a\uff0c\u4f7f\u7ec7\u7269\u8868\u9762\u5f62\u6210\u7ec6\u5bc6\u7684\u7ed2\u6bdb\u5c42\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u5347\u4fdd\u6696\u6548\u679c\u3002\u5176\u57fa\u672c\u7279\u70b9\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5438\u6e7f\u6392\u6c57\u6027\u80fd\u3001\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u91cd\u91cf\u3001\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u5f39\u6027\u548c\u8010\u7528\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8f83\u5f3a\u7684\u6297\u76b1\u548c\u5feb\u5e72\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\u7684\u514b\u91cd\u8303\u56f4\u4e00\u822c\u5728100~400g\/m\u00b2\uff0c\u539a\u5ea6\u57281~5mm\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u89c4\u683c\u7684\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u573a\u666f\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u8f7b\u8d28\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\uff08100~200g\/m\u00b2\uff09\u9002\u5408\u65e5\u5e38\u4f11\u95f2\u7a7f\u7740\uff0c\u800c\u539a\u578b\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\uff08300~400g\/m\u00b2\uff09\u5219\u591a\u7528\u4e8e\u6781\u5bd2\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u4fdd\u6696\u8863\u7269\u3002  <\/p>\n<p>\u5c06\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\u4e0eTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u548c\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u8fdb\u884c\u5c42\u538b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u79cd\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u590d\u5408\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u517c\u5177\u9632\u6c34\u3001\u900f\u6e7f\u3001\u5f39\u6027\u548c\u4fdd\u6696\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5c42\u538b\u7ed3\u6784\u901a\u5e38\u91c7\u7528\u70ed\u538b\u6216\u7c98\u5408\u5242\u7c98\u63a5\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5c06\u4e09\u5c42\u6750\u6599\u7d27\u5bc6\u7ed3\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5404\u5c42\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u534f\u540c\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c42\u4e3aTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u9632\u98ce\u548c\u9632\u6c34\u529f\u80fd\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5c42\u4e3a\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\uff0c\u8d4b\u4e88\u7ec7\u7269\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5f39\u6027\u548c\u8212\u9002\u6027\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e09\u5c42\u4e3a\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5185\u5c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u6696\u548c\u4eb2\u80a4\u89e6\u611f\u3002\u8be5\u590d\u5408\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u5728\u4e8e\uff1a\u9996\u5148\uff0cTPU\u819c\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u963b\u9694\u5916\u754c\u6c34\u5206\u4fb5\u5165\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u7ef4\u6301\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\uff0c\u4f7f\u4eba\u4f53\u6c57\u6db2\u5f97\u4ee5\u6392\u51fa\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u95f7\u6e7f\u611f\uff1b\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u7684\u5f39\u6027\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u670d\u88c5\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u81ea\u7531\u5ea6\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u7a7f\u7740\u8212\u9002\u6027\uff1b\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\u7684\u52a0\u5165\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u989d\u5916\u7684\u4fdd\u6696\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4f7f\u8be5\u590d\u5408\u6750\u6599\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4f4e\u6e29\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u6237\u5916\u8fd0\u52a8\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002 Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate\uff09\u662f\u8bc4\u4f30\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u5173\u952e\u53c2\u6570\uff0c\u5355\u4f4d\u4e3ag\/(m\u00b2\u00b724h)\u3002MVTR\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u7ec7\u7269\u5141\u8bb8\u6c34\u84b8\u6c14\u900f\u8fc7\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u8d8a\u5f3a\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u51cf\u5c11\u6c57\u6db2\u79ef\u805a\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u7a7f\u7740\u8212\u9002\u6027\u3002\u5728TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u3001\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u4e0e\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\u7684\u590d\u5408\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\uff0c\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u80fd\u53d7\u591a\u79cd\u56e0\u7d20\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5305\u62ecTPU\u819c\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u4e0e\u5b54\u9699\u7387\u3001\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u7684\u7ec7\u9020\u7ed3\u6784\u3001\u6447\u7c92\u7ed2\u7684\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e0e\u539a\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5404\u5c42\u6750\u6599\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7ed3\u5408\u65b9\u5f0f\u7b49\u3002  <\/p>\n<p>\u88681\u5217\u51fa\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u590d\u5408\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u80fd\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u6570\u636e\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u591a\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u51fa\uff0c\u7eafTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u80fd\u8f83\u4f4e\uff0c\u7ea6\u4e3a300~600 g\/(m\u00b2\u00b724h)\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u81f4\u5bc6\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u963b\u788d\u4e86\u6c34\u84b8\u6c14\u7684\u6269\u6563\u3002\u5f53TPU\u819c\u4e0e\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u7ed3\u5408\u65f6\uff0c\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u80fd\u6709\u6240\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230800~1200 g\/(m\u00b2\u00b724h)\uff0c\u8fd9\u5f52\u56e0\u4e8e\u56db\u9762\u5f39\u9762\u6599\u672c\u8eab\u5177\u6709\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u900f\u6c14\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5176\u8868\u9762\u5fae\u5b54\u7ed3\u6784\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6c34\u84b8\u6c14\u7684\u4f20\u8f93\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u968f\u7740TPU\u819c\u539a\u5ea6\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u80fd\u5448\u4e0b\u964d\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u4f8b\u59821mm\u539a\u7684TPU\u819c\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u7684MVTR\u503c\u4ec5\u4e3a\u7ea6700
