Fabric\uff09\u56e0\u5176\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u6027\u3001\u900f\u6c14\u6027\u3001\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u548c\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5f39\u5851\u6027\uff0c\u9010\u6e10\u6210\u4e3a\u9ad8\u7aef\u6237\u5916\u88c5\u5907\u548c\u519b\u7528\u9632\u62a4\u670d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6750\u6599\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8f6f\u58f3\u9762\u6599\u6700\u65e9\u8d77\u6e90\u4e8e\u6b27\u7f8e\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ecb\u4e8e\u4f20\u7edf\u786c\u58f3\uff08Hardshell\uff09\u4e0e\u4fdd\u6696\u5185\u5c42\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e2d\u95f4\u5c42\uff08Mid-layer\uff09\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u517c\u5177\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u9632\u98ce\u4fdd\u6696\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u7a7f\u7740\u8212\u9002\u6027\u3002\u800cTPU\uff08\u70ed\u5851\u6027\u805a\u6c28\u916f\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5177\u5907\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u673a\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u3001\u8010\u5019\u6027\u4ee5\u53ca\u826f\u597d\u7684\u52a0\u5de5\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u533b\u7597\u3001\u6c7d\u8f66\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u53ca\u7eba\u7ec7\u9886\u57df\u3002\u5c06TPU\u4e0e\u8f6f\u58f3\u9762\u6599\u8fdb\u884c\u590d\u5408\u5904\u7406\u540e\uff0c\u53ef\u663e\u8457\u63d0\u5347\u5176\u5728\u6781\u7aef\u6c14\u5019\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u9632\u62a4\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u7cfb\u7edf\u5206\u6790\u8f6f\u58f3TPU\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u5728\u6781\u7aef\u6c14\u5019\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u9632\u62a4\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5176\u7269\u7406\u5316\u5b66\u7279\u6027\u3001\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u6e7f\u5ea6\u3001\u98ce\u901f\u7b49\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7684\u8868\u73b0\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u6587\u732e\u8fdb\u884c\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8ba8\uff0c\u4e3a\u8be5\u7c7b\u9762\u6599\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u7406\u8bba\u4f9d\u636e\u548c\u6280\u672f\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \u9632\u98ce\u6027\u80fd<\/h4>\n<p>TPU\u8584\u819c\u5177\u6709\u81f4\u5bc6\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u51cf\u5c11\u7a7a\u6c14\u6e17\u900f\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0cTPU\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u7684\u98ce\u963b\u7cfb\u6570\u53ef\u8fbe<strong>0.3~0.5 cm\u00b3\/cm\u00b2\u00b7s<\/strong>\uff0c\u8fdc\u4f18\u4e8e\u666e\u901a\u7ec7\u7269\uff08&gt;2 cm\u00b3\/cm\u00b2\u00b7s\uff09[1]\u3002<\/p>\n<h4>4.1.2 \u4fdd\u6696\u6027\u4e0e\u900f\u6c14\u6027\u5e73\u8861<\/h4>\n<p>\u867d\u7136TPU\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5bc6\u5c01\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5fae\u5b54\u7ed3\u6784\u5141\u8bb8\u6c34\u6c7d\u900f\u8fc7\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u4e86\u201c\u95f7\u70ed\u201d\u73b0\u8c61\u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5728-30\u00b0C\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\uff0cTPU\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u6e7f\u5ea6\u7ef4\u6301\u572840%~60%\uff0c\u4f53\u611f\u8212\u9002[2]\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>4.2 \u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u9ad8\u6e7f\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u8868\u73b0<\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u70ed\u5e26\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u4eba\u4f53\u51fa\u6c57\u91cf\u53ef\u8fbe<strong>1~2\u5347\/\u5c0f\u65f6<\/strong>\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9762\u6599\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u5c24\u4e3a\u5173\u952e\u3002TPU\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u7387\u901a\u5e38\u5728<strong>8000~12000 g\/m\u00b2\u00b724h<\/strong>\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u6ee1\u8db3\u9ad8\u5f3a\u5ea6\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e0b\u7684\u6392\u6c57\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cTPU\u6750\u6599\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6297\u83cc\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u7ecfISO 20743\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u6291\u83cc\u7387\u8fbe\u5230<strong>90%\u4ee5\u4e0a<\/strong>\uff0c\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u6291\u5236\u7ec6\u83cc\u6ecb\u751f\uff0c\u5ef6\u957f\u670d\u88c5\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d[3]\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>4.3 \u5728\u591a\u98ce\u591a\u96e8\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u8868\u73b0<\/h3>\n<p>\u9762\u5bf9\u5f3a\u98ce\u548c\u66b4\u96e8\uff0c\u9762\u6599\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u6027\u548c\u8010\u7528\u6027\u662f\u5173\u952e\u6307\u6807\u3002TPU\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u6307\u6570\u53ef\u8fbe<strong>10,000~20,000 mmH\u2082O<\/strong>\uff0c\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u53ef\u627f\u53d7\u7ea6<strong>1~2\u7c73\u6c34\u67f1\u538b\u529b<\/strong>\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u6ee1\u8db3\u66b4\u96e8\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u65f6\uff0cTPU\u819c\u7684\u8010\u8001\u5316\u6027\u80fd\u4f18\u8d8a\uff0c\u5728\u6a21\u62df\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u7167\u5c04\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4e2d\uff08ASTM G154\uff09\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7<strong>1000\u5c0f\u65f6<\/strong>\u7167\u5c04\u540e\uff0c\u5176\u62c9\u4f38\u5f3a\u5ea6\u4ec5\u4e0b\u964d<strong>10%\u5de6\u53f3<\/strong>\uff0c\u660e\u663e\u4f18\u4e8ePVC\u548cPE\u6750\u8d28[4]\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>4.4 \u5728\u9ad8\u6d77\u62d4\u4f4e\u6c27\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u8868\u73b0<\/h3>\n<p>\u9ad8\u6d77\u62d4\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6311\u6218\u5728\u4e8e\u4f4e\u6c27\u3001\u5f3a\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u548c\u5267\u70c8\u6e29\u5dee\u3002TPU\u590d\u5408\u9762\u6599\u7684UPF\u503c\u53ef\u8fbe<strong>50+<\/strong>\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u963b\u6321UVA\u548cUVB\u8f90\u5c04\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u8f7b\u91cf\u5316\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff08\u9762\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7ea6\u4e3a<strong>200~300g\/m\u00b2<\/strong>\uff09\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u51cf\u8f7b\u767b\u5c71\u8005\u8d1f\u62c5\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u673a\u52a8\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<hr
