TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u6982\u8ff0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>1.1 TPU\u6750\u6599\u7b80\u4ecb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TPU\uff0c\u5168\u79f0\u70ed\u5851\u6027\u805a\u6c28\u916f\u5f39\u6027\u4f53\uff08Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4ecb\u4e8e\u6a61\u80f6\u548c\u5851\u6599\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u6750\u6599\u3002\u5b83\u7ed3\u5408\u4e86\u6a61\u80f6\u7684\u5f39\u6027\u3001\u5851\u6599\u7684\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u53ef\u52a0\u5de5\u6027\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u7269\u7406\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u5316\u5b66\u6027\u80fd\u3002TPU\u6750\u6599\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u591a\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\u52a0\u5de5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6ce8\u5851\u3001\u6324\u51fa\u3001\u538b\u5ef6\u7b49\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5236\u6210\u5404\u79cd\u5f62\u72b6\u548c\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>1.2 TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e0e\u7c7b\u578b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u662f\u6307\u4ee5TPU\u6750\u6599\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7279\u6b8a\u5de5\u827a\u5236\u6210\u7684\u5177\u6709\u9632\u6c34\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u8584\u819c\u3002\u6839\u636e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5de5\u827a\u548c\u6027\u80fd\u7279\u70b9\uff0cTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u4e3a\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u805a\u919a\u578bTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\uff1a<\/strong> \u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u8010\u6c34\u89e3\u6027\u548c\u4f4e\u6e29\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6f6e\u6e7f\u548c\u5bd2\u51b7\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u805a\u916f\u578bTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\uff1a<\/strong> \u5177\u6709\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u8010\u78e8\u6027\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u9ad8\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u9ad8\u8010\u78e8\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u900f\u6c14\u578bTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\uff1a<\/strong> \u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u6392\u51fa\u6e7f\u6c14\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u5e72\u723d\u8212\u9002\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u590d\u5408\u578bTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\uff1a<\/strong> \u7531\u591a\u5c42\u6750\u6599\u590d\u5408\u800c\u6210\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u4f18\u5f02\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9632\u6c34\u3001\u900f\u6e7f\u3001\u8010\u78e8\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>1.3 TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5de5\u827a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5de5\u827a\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u539f\u6599\u51c6\u5907\uff1a<\/strong> \u9009\u62e9\u5408\u9002\u7684TPU\u6811\u8102\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u52a9\u5242\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7a33\u5b9a\u5242\u3001\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5242\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7194\u878d\u6324\u51fa\uff1a<\/strong> \u5c06TPU\u6811\u8102\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u52a9\u5242\u6df7\u5408\u540e\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6324\u51fa\u673a\u8fdb\u884c\u7194\u878d\u6324\u51fa\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u8584\u819c\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6d41\u5ef6\u6210\u578b\uff1a<\/strong> \u5c06\u7194\u878d\u7684TPU\u6750\u6599\u6d41\u5ef6\u5230\u51b7\u5374\u8f8a\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u5feb\u901f\u51b7\u5374\u56fa\u5316\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u8584\u819c\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u538b\u5ef6\u6210\u578b\uff1a<\/strong> \u5c06\u7194\u878d\u7684TPU\u6750\u6599\u901a\u8fc7\u538b\u5ef6\u673a\u8fdb\u884c\u538b\u5ef6\uff0c\u8c03\u6574\u8584\u819c\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u548c\u8868\u9762\u5149\u6d01\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u540e\u5904\u7406\uff1a<\/strong> \u5bf9\u8584\u819c\u8fdb\u884c\u540e\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8868\u9762\u5904\u7406\u3001\u6d82\u5c42\u5904\u7406\u7b49\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u5176\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e0e\u5305\u88c5\uff1a<\/strong> \u5bf9\u8584\u819c\u8fdb\u884c\u8d28\u91cf\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u5408\u683c\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u5305\u88c5\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u7684\u7279\u6027<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>2.1 \u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u6027\u80fd \ud83d\udca7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u6700\u7a81\u51fa\u7684\u7279\u6027\u5c31\u662f\u5176\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u7531\u4e8eTPU\u6750\u6599\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u81f4\u5bc6\uff0c\u6c34\u5206\u5b50\u96be\u4ee5\u6e17\u900f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u963b\u6b62\u6c34\u5206\u7684\u6e17\u900f\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u5185\u90e8\u5e72\u71e5\u3002\u9632\u6c34\u6027\u80fd\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u9759\u6c34\u538b\u8868\u793a\uff0cTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u7684\u9759\u6c34\u538b\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fbe\u5230\u6570\u5343\u751a\u81f3\u6570\u4e07\u6beb\u7c73\u6c34\u67f1\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>2.2 \u826f\u597d\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u6027 \ud83c\udf2c\ufe0f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u662f\u6307\u6750\u6599\u5141\u8bb8\u6c34\u84b8\u6c14\u901a\u8fc7\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u5728\u4fdd\u8bc1\u9632\u6c34\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd8\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3aTPU\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u5fae\u5c0f\u7684\u5b54\u9699\uff0c\u6c34\u84b8\u6c14\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5b54\u9699\u6392\u51fa\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4fdd\u6301\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u5e72\u723d\u8212\u9002\u3002\u900f\u6e7f\u6027\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u900f\u6e7f\u91cf\u8868\u793a\uff0cTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u7684\u900f\u6e7f\u91cf\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fbe\u5230\u6570\u5343\u514b\/\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\/\u5929\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>2.3 \u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u8010\u78e8\u6027 \ud83d\udcaa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u662f\u6307\u6750\u6599\u62b5\u6297\u78e8\u635f\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002TPU\u6750\u6599\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u8010\u78e8\u6027\uff0cTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ecf\u53d7\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u548c\u522e\u64e6\uff0c\u4e0d\u6613\u78e8\u635f\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u5176\u9632\u6c34\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>2.4 \u826f\u597d\u7684\u8010\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u6027 \ud83e\uddea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8010\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u6027\u662f\u6307\u6750\u6599\u62b5\u6297\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\u4fb5\u8680\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002TPU\u6750\u6599\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u8010\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u62b5\u6297\u9178\u3001\u78b1\u3001\u76d0\u3001\u6cb9\u7b49\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u4fb5\u8680\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u5176\u5728\u5404\u79cd\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>2.5 \u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u5f39\u6027\u4e0e\u8010\u5019\u6027 \u2600\ufe0f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TPU\u6750\u6599\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u5f39\u6027\uff0cTPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ecf\u53d7\u62c9\u4f38\u548c\u5f2f\u66f2\uff0c\u4e0d\u6613\u53d8\u5f62\u548c\u65ad\u88c2\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0cTPU\u6750\u6599\u8fd8\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u8010\u5019\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u62b5\u6297\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u3001\u6c27\u5316\u548c\u6e29\u5ea6\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u5176\u5728\u5404\u79cd\u6c14\u5019\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>2.6 \u73af\u4fdd\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168\u6027 \u267b\ufe0f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TPU\u6750\u6599\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u73af\u4fdd\u578b\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e0d\u542b\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\uff0c\u5bf9\u4eba\u4f53\u65e0\u5bb3\u3002TPU\u9632\u6c34\u819c\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e0d\u4f1a\u91ca\u653e\u6709\u5bb3\u6c14\u4f53\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u73af\u4fdd\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
