Filter\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0HEPA\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7528\u4e8e\u8fc7\u6ee4\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u5fae\u5c0f\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u7684\u88c5\u7f6e\u3002\u5b83\u88ab\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u5668\u3001\u901a\u98ce\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u9700\u8981\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6d01\u51c0\u7a7a\u6c14\u7684\u573a\u6240\u3002HEPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u53bb\u9664\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u7070\u5c18\u3001\u82b1\u7c89\u3001\u70df\u96fe\u3001\u7ec6\u83cc\u3001\u75c5\u6bd2\u7b49\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6539\u5584\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\uff0c\u4fdd\u62a4\u4eba\u4f53\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u53d1\u5c55\u5386\u7a0b<\/h2>\n<p>HEPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ffd\u6eaf\u5230\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u4e16\u754c\u5927\u6218\u65f6\u671f\u3002\u5f53\u65f6\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u539f\u5b50\u80fd\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08U.S. Atomic Energy Commission\uff09\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u53c2\u4e0e\u66fc\u54c8\u987f\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u514d\u53d7\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u7684\u5371\u5bb3\uff0c\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fc7\u6ee4\u6280\u672f\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6280\u672f\u6700\u521d\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u7edd\u5bf9\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u201d\uff08Absolute Filter\uff09\uff0c\u540e\u6765\u9010\u6e10\u6f14\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u73b0\u4ee3HEPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>20\u4e16\u7eaa40\u5e74\u4ee3\uff1a<\/strong> \u7f8e\u56fd\u5f00\u53d1\u51fa\u6700\u521d\u7684HEPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6838\u5de5\u4e1a\u9886\u57df\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>20\u4e16\u7eaa50-60\u5e74\u4ee3\uff1a<\/strong> \u968f\u7740\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u65e5\u76ca\u5173\u6ce8\uff0cHEPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u9010\u6e10\u8d70\u8fdb\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u5668\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u90e8\u4ef6\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406<\/h2>\n<p>HEPA\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\u4e3b\u8981\u57fa\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56db\u79cd\u673a\u5236\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u62e6\u622a\uff08Interception\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u5f53\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u968f\u7740\u6c14\u6d41\u8fd0\u52a8\u5230\u6ee4\u7f51\u7ea4\u7ef4\u9644\u8fd1\u65f6\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u7684\u534a\u5f84\u5927\u4e8e\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5230\u7ea4\u7ef4\u8868\u9762\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\uff0c\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u5c31\u4f1a\u88ab\u6ee4\u7f51\u62e6\u622a\u4e0b\u6765\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u60ef\u6027\u78b0\u649e\uff08Impaction\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u8f83\u5927\u7684\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u7531\u4e8e\u60ef\u6027\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u968f\u7740\u6c14\u6d41\u6539\u53d8\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u76f4\u63a5\u649e\u51fb\u5230\u6ee4\u7f51\u7ea4\u7ef4\u4e0a\u5e76\u88ab\u6355\u83b7\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6269\u6563\uff08Diffusion\uff09\uff1a<\/strong>
